Came in for breakfast because, solo, as it didn’t appear too busy judging from the parking lot. It wasn’t very busy at all; lots of empty tables and booths. I was seated immediately and placed my order within a few minutes of being seated. I began facebooking as I waited then I realized many more people had come in AND was receiving their food as I continued to wait for the 55 Sampler (1 scrambled egg, 1 slice of bacon, 1 small triangle piece of ham, hash browns and a single pancake). I check the photo’s time that I posted to the book and realized that 35 minutes had passed since placing my order. I stopped my waitress and she proceeded to tell me in broken English which side of the cooking area that the food should have come from while smiling uncomfortably. I asked her to check on my order and within seconds she’s back with it saying “to be careful with the plate because it’s hot”. Apparently my food with the burnt bacon, gritty ham and mediocre warm food had been sitting waiting for her to pick it up. Interestingly prior to me inquiring about my food she never stopped by my table once to offer an explanation etc. However once the food was brought to my table she has come by 4 times to see “is everything alright”. That’s about the tip I’m sure.

The service was excellent. Our waiter humorous and witty while at the same time fast and proficient. He kept our drinks topped off nicely. The reason I gave the three-star is the price. Over $80 for three people. That’s a bit ridiculous. 4.59 for hashbrowns. It’s a little patty of potato. Nothing overly special yet they charge 4.59. that’s just one example I’m giving off of a menu loaded with ridiculous prices. The restaurant is very nice and there service is very great. The food is pretty good but it’s not five-star dining and shouldn’t be nearly this expensive.

Food was great. Our server was very nice. Had to wait a bit to get a table for seven, but we don’t mind. Only thing that troubles me is the people standing around looking at their phones when there is food at the pass to be taken to tables. People are paid to work not be on their phones. Management should do better.

After a few good minutes, I approach her near the kitchen, to nicely remind her of ,
While she was eating herself , waiting to notice me,
LET ME TELL YA,
she eating off the plate ️ of the next customer order,
YES!
Strawberry s at that whole licking her fingers!
When she noticed that I noticed with my mouth wide open in OH MY GOD,
HER QUESTION WAS CAN I HELP YOU BABY?
My sweet temperament turned to more or less firm temperament,
I said yeah looking for the avocado the sandwich cost $15.
She said oh I’m sorry baby I’ll bring you some.
So I watched to make sure she didn’t dip her finger in it.
Now by all means I was with another party at the time,
And of course they didn’t want me to say nothing,
Because of what they thought would be a scene.
So I’m starting here but I’m not done with this.
As I watched her deliver the elderly couples plate that she ate off of,
I attempted to go to the table and tell them .
Whats yaw take on it?
Also know of another place that does this all the time!
No worries I technically don’t eat at this other place.

Me and my family went here at about 4:00 to get some food. The workers gave us the menus. Then, we had to wait 45 minutes and still nobody came to get our order. There where no other customers. After that, we decided to leave.

Went there today. Got there at 11:36. Slightly busy but, not crowded. Server came by about 5 minutes after we were sat (party of 2). We gave our drink orders & food orders all at the same time (11:41). Server never came around to ask if I needed a refill on my coffee. Finally saw her & asked for a carafe of coffee. Food finally came out at 12:46; an HOUR after ordering. In that hour & 10 mins. we were there, we only saw our server twice. On my way to the bathroom (twice) she was sitting on the bench by the bathroom playing on her phone. Also, speaking of the bathroom, I’m disabled & the lock is broken in the handicapped stall. Both times I had to have my wife come to the bathroom with me to get me off of the regular stall toilet because there were no hand rails to lift myself with. The food while hot, was bland. Sausage links were dry & burnt. Bacon was black. Toast was overly toasted. Way over priced. $37.00 (plus tip) for 2 people is insane. Mom was right. We have food at home. Better service at home too.

First time in this Ihop in a number of years because it was always so dirty. The Dining Room was clean, the Restroom was clean and over all very impressive.
The food was actually all cooked correctly and had a very good flavor and was spot on.
Only issue was the mix up of our debit cards with another table by our waitress, she charged our card for another table and then voided our charge on our card and recharged our card again! Very confusing.
Overall I will likely try Ihop again some day soon.

We went to eat breakfast got seated sat there for 15-20 minutes and no waiter came to even acknowledge us we didn’t even get drinks. And there were several waiters standing around and all other waiters waiting on other tables walking right by us and not even checking up to see if we had been waited on. They really need help

Came in here for my anniversary for breakfast and the food wasn’t worth feeding to my dog, it was cold and can tell it been sitting under a heat lamp just didn’t taste good at all and could tell that the staff favor certain people that come in and doesn’t care for other people that needs to order. So I went to Ihop Danville 2 weeks in a row and both times my food was all wrong. I eat the same thing every time I go. The bacon temptation omelet with pancakes and a side order steak tips well done. I dont know what happened bc they use to be good. The first week I sent it back and they remade it it looked better still not the best and it tasted like it look. The very next week I went the exact same issue so I left it on the table and walked out and drove a hour to Dennys bc I was upset. The following week I just went to a different Ihop all together. Danville need to get it together
