Came here for the chicken and waffles after a long haul drive. Food was great. Restaurant was very clean. I was very impressed number one with that. My greeter and server Michelle Nelson was amazing. She checked on me without being overwhelming. She was very sweet, kind and ready to assist. Which is also important after a long day.

We loved Sonya our server. Sonya was sweet, professional and helpful. When she was not assisting us she was busy cleaning. Our food was hot and delicious. One thing I could share is that my breakfast burrito was cut at an angle. It looked fancy but very difficult to hold and eat that way.

Our waitress Shelley was the best! She was super sweet and very polite – always asking if she could reach over the person to my left in the booth and making sure everyone in my party of four had everything they needed. The food was hot and great for IHOP and the restaurant was clean and well attended. Definitely recommend a stop to see Shelley if you’re traveling through the Lexington, VA, area!

I had such a great experience at IHOP! The food was delicious. everything came out hot, and fresh. The pancakes were fluffy and the rest of the meal tasted amazing. My server Jai was amazing too the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. It’s so nice to go somewhere where you feel welcomed and taken care of. The manager Claudine came out and made sure everything was perfect, she is amazing. Overall, great food, great service, and a really comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star experience!
