An underwhelming experience. My family and I went in to eat yesterday 6/5/2023 around 11 a.m. We misunderstood a menu item, we asked to see the menu, and the waitress did not bring it back. The wait was a bit long for our food, considering that our orders were incomplete. My husband ordered a biscuit along with his split decision, and something about it tasted off. My order was missing pancakes and the sausage from my breakfast sampler (I did not make a big deal because I don’t mess with people/situations that touch/involve my food as a general rule. I was served the saddest toast ever. The bread was barely toasted, and it tasted stale along with my husband’s biscuit. My sister was missing a crepe (we think, but could not verify because the menu was not brought back to check). The waitresses serviced us adequately. However, I felt rushed to finish my food towards the end. Overall, the food quality was not very good and the service was okay.

Worst service me and my girlfriend have ever experienced. I guess the staff doesn’t care or something. Our waitress was on the phone the whole time and never came by for any help or refills on drinks. She took her time for everything. She also needed a notebook to remember a water and sweet tea which was pretty funny. No idea where everyone else was, it was so quiet( which we figured out, they were all outside smoking ) Go to any other IHOP, this was just pathetic. Its really funny reading all these reviews about how bad this place is. Seriously IHOP management, fix your staff.

If you’ve been to 1 IHOP then this is really no different. The service was fast & pretty descent. The eggs were okay with a little salt and the turkey sausage, taste like they were cooked it in the microwave, it was missing that little crunch of being fried in the skillet & the hot chocolate taste watered down. The best thing was my French Toast and you know the pancakes are always on point. At the end of the day it was quick breakfast service, nothing more, nothing less; just breakfast, my source of nourishment!

I should’ve known what was coming when we were given plastic utensils. But either way, I got the split decision. There was no butter on it. The pancakes were cold and definitely not just made. The French toast wasn’t the usual ihop French toast. It was a huge slice of Texas toast with no flavor and was only cooked on one side.

HORRIBLE!!!!! deserves no stars, only thing decent about it was the waitress. However, took 40 min to get our food when it was not at all busy. Chicken and waffles came out COLD. Asked for eggs OVER EASY and basically got them barley cooked, the moment i opened the eggs the clear fluid from the eggs gushed out before the yolk even popped. Did not eat anything there left immediately.
