What a great visit! This place has really improved over the years. Food was phenomenal, our waitress was fast and friendly, and the manager Chelsey who stopped over to check on us, was so polite and friendly. We haven’t been here in a while, but we sure will be coming back

After a long day, we arrived after 11PM. Hostess was practically running the place and was very pleasant, I am ashamed to have forgotten her name. Food was great, honestly the best I have ever had from an IHOP. A surprisingly good end to our day.

A little cold for some reason. Short staffed but they handled it heroically. Food is fantastic for what it is and cost. Amazing value. It’s not Michelin star but if you want some solid comfort food this place delivers.

They were very accommodating to my food allergies & Alpha-Gal. I was able to have a very good meal & everything was cooked correctly & didn’t make me sick!!! They were very patient & understanding & very helpful!

Stopped in for dinner while in the area with my grandchildren and daughter in law. Restaurant was decently clean, took several minutes for someone to realize we were there and seat us. The booth sides were so high you could not see your surroundings at all. Ordered 3 omelet meals and a Jr Cheeseburger. With a total of 3 waitstaff on the floor and 5 tables the whole time we were there it took at least 40mins to receive our food. The burger came with a patty less than than a 1/4 of the size it should be., had to be remade. Two omelets meals came with hadbrowns that were extremely over cooked, burnt and hard. While waiting for his burger to be remade my Grandson ended up eating my pancakes side as it took so long and he was so hungry. The second burger was much better once it finally arrived..all of the omelets were good. I do not see us returning nor suggesting this particular IHOP to anyone else.

Stopped to get breakfast items, was sit almost immediately, but we waited 20 minutes and several waiters and waitresses went right by our table and took 5 other tables orders that were seated after us. One waiter gave us coffee but would not take our order. I am appalled by your restaurant’s service. People were so NOT friendly that we got up and left and spent no money. And needless to say, we ended up at a McDonald’s down the road..

This is probably one of the best IHOP restaurants I’ve been in a while. I honestly had just stopped going because the one in Charlottesville has so many issues. Service was great the food was great! Came right in and was seated and had my ordered food in ten to fifteen minutes. Can’t wait to go back for the unlimited pancakes!

Food was cold. Waitress was awful and not attentive. Meal wasn’t prepared as asked. Not aware of the menu and kept asking things over and over. I asked for the appetizer to come out before placing our dinner order. She and manager bought everything to the table together and ask if I wanted her to take the dinner back until we eat the appetizer. Taking it back would of been even worse food. Appetizer sampler has dry chicken. I didn’t eat my fisherman platter or appetizer. She never asked if we wanted a refill. Horrible.

Made a pitstop here with my boys during our road trip. Restaurant was clean and inviting. Kiara (sorry if I spelled name wrong) was wonderful and the food was great. Another reviewer said her food was burnt, but shout out to the cook because we loved the crispy bacon and hash browns! Service was quick and we were back on the road in no time. Would stop by again
