We went in the morning on pancake day, our server not sure what her name was started with a J… Jocelyn? She had a pink jacket on. She was so rude!! We ordered three orders of the short stack pancakes, she looked at me confused as if she didn’t know ihop was giving each guest a free short stack. She didn’t even greet us, she was very off putting for no reason. When she got seated another table I could hear how she was talking to the other lady and she asked greeted her nicely with a positive attitude. Which we never received from her. I’m not sure if it was because we were Latinos or what??? We always leave a tip and we would’ve done the same, even if we were dining in for free. However with her attitude towards us, we just left. Terrible customer service and one of the worst experiences in this ihop.

I have come to this I Hop for long time and today it was a great surprise. For the first time I feel that I am in a real I Hop. The food was incredibly good. They have a new staff that really care about people and they are very client focus. When I was pregnant I used to go to I HOP every single day. I love the change that is really for good. I will continue visiting them. And my husband was happy..Happy…happy. Thank you for the great taste, cook and everything.

Food was okay, our server Marissa was not the best. She stopped by our table once during our whole meal. Thankfully another waitress helped us (I wish I could have gotten her name to give to give her the recognition she deserves) we then asked the other server for our check but she said Marissa had to do that and we waited for a long time before someone else finally came and helped us check out (not Marissa).

Manager Adela needs to be FIRED. Absolutely ZERO professionalism from her. Visited today and could hear all the nasty things she was saying about an employee, threatening to call cps on her and get her baby taken away because she didn’t show up to work or something along those lines. All the staff clearly looked uncomfortable and I absolutely did not enjoy my meal. I will be reaching out to corporate about this and taking it to social media. Allowing this woman to run a business is absolutely horrifying..

Was there on January 29th 2026. The table that we was seated had nats flying around and dust on the side railings. This restaurant is not very sanitary. We was served cold pancakes the butter wouldn’t even melt. We told the waitress and was finally served hot pancakes which was undercooked and tasted like batter. People go to restaurants to eat at a clean and sanitary place. I don’t understand why the manager doesn’t require daily wiping of the rails and install a bug trap. I will not return.

Today, me and a group of about ~30ish people needed to find a spot to eat on a short notice. We gave this IHOP a call and within 20 minutes they provided us with tables, and ready to serve.
Ms. Franchesca decided to take on the challenge and serve our table. Her alongside the manager, absolutely dominated when it came to collecting orders. Food came out quick, and was delicious. I am eternally grateful for the kind staff here. I would rate 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

The food was decent, but the service was really lacking. We waited over 30 minutes to be seated, and there was no one at the front to help or update people waiting. It took a long time for the food to come out, too. BIG lack of management.

Most of the food was okay. Service was terrible and could not get order correct for just 3 people. Although ordering it twice as waitress couldn’t understand or speak English well. Did not bring my side of fruit, had to get up and ask for drink refills and bill was incorrect. She asked for a tip to be entered on the screen of register and told no, poor serice. Now see an additional charge on bank account as in unauthorized. Paying for one table should not result in two separate charges so I guess she was getting her tip regardless.
