The food here is good and it mostly comes out within a reasonable time. The service is eexellent whenever I get Natalie as a server! She will talk with us, make sure our drinks are full and is just overall super nice and approachable. She never makes me feel rushed or anything and its great to have her as our server! Honestly only giving a five star becaujse of how good my service was, Thanks for reading and I cant wait to dine here again.

Started off with only being about 2 tables being used at the start of are experience so definitely not busy. Are waiter was savanna very nice lady but gets lost easy. Was told about the special for the night was the big steak omelet. Then got told after we placed order that it’s not really the special just that what they have to say to promote sales.
Food came out at a ok time. Then it went down hill. Wife asked for a refill multiple times never received. Daughter asked for a glass of water didn’t get. Savanna cMe back by and we asked if we could get refills agian cause we was all out. Didn’t get. Waited over 20mins just to finally ask another worker if she could get my bill for me. Waited another 5ish minutes just to get the gentleman at the register to be able to pay my most expensive trip to ihop i have had. For subpar food and a care free waitress that will spend 20 minutes at one table just to talk about what she likes on the menu and that she won’t eat the avocados from there cause they leave them in the fridge and they get brown and still serve them…..

No refills once you get your food good luck. You better hope someone comes walking through for any service..

Make sure you get there daily specials thats not a special at $15.99 for a omelet

This morning I came in to eat, and at first everything was fine—the food was good and the atmosphere was normal. However, around 9:00, coworkers began talking about beating each other up and calling each other idiots. Even if it was meant as a joke, it made the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it affected my ability to enjoy my time there. I think it’s important that the workplace remains respectful and safe.

Great location, called ahead for a 12 person table with only a 20 minute notice as it was a last moment decision. They where able to accommodate our group. The staff was friendly. The service was timely and well done for the size group we had.

Arrived last Tuesday at 11:35am. It was not busy.
No one would seat us. Party of 4. Stood there in plain sight more than 10 minutes as servers passed all around us avoiding eye contact. Very slow food service once seated. Much of the food was cold. This is the third time we have come to this IHOP in recent months, each time hoping things would get better. It never does, same kind of experience. It’s sad because our IHOP in Warrenton, Va is exceptionally good on all points, all the time. It has a great manager.

IHOP was once a favorite restaurant for my family and me, but sadly, it has dropped significantly down my list due to persistent service issues. My recent visit on Saturday morning confirmed that the problems haven’t been addressed.
While our server was pleasant enough, the service was inattentive; we constantly had to flag her down for basic necessities like drink refills and butter. When the food arrived, it was room temperature to the point that the butter wouldn’t melt on the pancakes.
Service is crucial in the restaurant industry, and the manager is ultimately responsible for the customer experience. This is the second time I have left a negative review, and I have seen no improvement. I feel the company needs to critically examine its service standards. Warm food would have improved the meal, but at this point, I am highly dissatisfied and cannot recommend IHOP. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was by far the worst experience at an ihop that I’ve had. Our server savanna told us that the steak omelet was their special for the night. Later we were told that it was in fact not a special that the servers are told to tell customers its a special. I asked 3 separate times for a refill, never received a refill. I would understand if the place was busy but there were only 4 tables in use at this time. We waited 20 minutes to check out and ended up having to go to a different employee to get our bill. We had to find the manager to pay our bill after waiting another 10 minutes. $84 later for subpar food for 2 adults and 3 children is a bit ridiculous. Will not be eating at this location again.

This is a good breakfast shop. First, it is very close to outdoor activities, especially the camping area. Second, the popularity here is very good, and the waiters are very enthusiastic, especially the coffee is added very quickly ! Thirdly, no one urges you to leave even if you stay in the store for more! I personally think it is worth recommending, the dishes are of normal standard!
