My husband and I hadn’t gotten iHop in a long time so I thought we’d try it. I tried to order online on my phone but the checkout cart wasn’t loading my payment info correctly so I used my laptop which also had problems loading the correct page (our internet was working just fine in the rest of the house). My order had come to $20 online because of a coupon. We had to call our order in which directed us to a gentleman we couldn’t really understand but got the order through. When I got there, half the order was correct but my cinnastack pancakes were not there, they were 4 plain pancakes. When I go back inside, they said that the customer is supposed to go home and dress their own cinnastack pancakes and then showed me the included condiments. I guess I have to figure out how to do that because I haven’t gotten iHop in so long. The order was $28 because it was not an online order so that was a bummer. Our name was spelled wrong on the order even though we spelled it for the foreign gentlemen twice. And instead of going home and eating my order, I had to assemble it which defeats the purpose to getting food to go. From start to finish, this was about a 2 hour journey just to eat pancakes. We won’t be doing this again.

I came in early one weekday morning for breakfast… the nice lady working as the sole server promptly sat me and took my order… food came out pretty quickly and was fresh and piping hot. It was really tasty. Service was great… the place was decent and clean and the experience was nice.

They never miss!! I have yet to have a bad meal here or bad service!! Between Kendra and Kelsey I can always guarantee my food will be out in a timely manor and just how I requested it. I’m very particular with my food because I get sick so easily and they always make sure it’s how I need it be.

My trip tonight to IHOP was disappointing, the service was not good, the food was Ok. My daughter ordered pancakes with chocolate chips, and they did not bring it with her meal. I asked them about it, and it took almost 15 to 20 minutes to get them with chocolate chips. My drink I had to ask for refills several times. The price on the menu and the board were different. My daughter’s meal and mine were the same price, but I ordered the senior meal, which should have been $3 less. I used to like IHOP, but their quality and the service are not worth the frustration to me. My wife ordered the steak tips, and she left half of it there it was so tough she could not chew it.

My mother in law, niece and myself had breakfast before going to The museum of the Shenandoah Valley. They were pretty busy for Wednesday morning but the service was still great and the food came out quickly although the food was just OK. I got the spicy poblano omelet and my mother in law got the Colorado omelette and they both were very mediocre. My niece got the pancake of the month, which was Girl Scout thin mint and they were pretty good!! All in all it wasn’t a horrible breakfast but I won’t be rushing back.

I have been to a lot of ihop restaurants. This is by far the fastest, friendliest, and cleanest i have ever been too. The management even cared about the cleanest enough to purchase glade air fresheners for each stall of the bathroom. We came in , got seated and hardly had to wait for our food.

The entrance/ lobby smelled like a bathroom to put it mildly. This was our only option so we stayed. The dining room fortunately did not smell bad, but the booths have a fence like divider so it felt like we were sharing a table with another family with multiple young children. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. One person in my group ordered eggs and found a piece of metal that appeared to be from a Brillo pad (see photo, it is on the table). Overall, this experience has deterred me and my family from dining at iHop for the foreseeable future.

I had the steak omelet that had very little overcooked pieces of steak all over it and my girlfriend had the spicy pablano omelet that was not spicy at all and her meat was dry and overcooked. Definitely disappointed because we always have good food at IHOP.
