The highlight of our visit was definitely the food! The spicy omelets were delicious and hit the spot. On the downside, the latte lacked flavor, and while the service was decent, we did have to ask for napkins. Overall, it’s a very affordable choice—$50 for two people, which included two large omelets, a milkshake, and a latte.

I met three friends for lunch. I made a reservation, but they had plenty of tables and booths. The food was excellent and service was good. The menu selections were very good; I had a hard time choosing what to order. We all had a great meal. Very clean restaurant. Plenty of parking.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend and I stopped in late at night hoping for a quiet, friendly spot to end the evening — instead, we were greeted by one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered in any restaurant, anywhere. From the moment we walked in, her tone was hostile and dismissive, as if our presence was an inconvenience. She didn’t offer a greeting or even eye contact — just pure annoyance at having to do her job.
To make matters worse, I was with my fully trained service dog, who was calm and well-behaved. Yet the employee seemed irritated by that as well. The lack of basic courtesy, empathy, and professionalism was genuinely shocking. We were the only customers there, and she still couldn’t muster the bare minimum of respect.
In fact, it was so bad that we decided to leave before we even got the chance to order. That’s how uncomfortable and unwelcome we felt. I regret not getting her name, because management needs to know who is representing their brand this way. IHOP should seriously reconsider who they have on late-night shifts, because this person turned a simple visit into a hostile experience.
I’ll never return to this location, and I strongly suggest others do the same until management addresses the toxic customer service culture they’re allowing to thrive here.

My limitless pancakes were not limitless!!! I overall love Ihop, they have great food, and overall service is nothing to complain about. But when me and my friends went a couple weeks ago, my common expectations of the establishment were not met. My waitress was very kind, but also timid so me and my 4 other buddies couldn’t hear her and had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. She would also get our drinks incorrect multiple times. All 5 of us would order bottomless pancakes, when we finished we asked for another round of pancakes, because you know its bottomless. After this round of pancakes we would get the check. Which ended up being almost double than what it should’ve been. The tab was 165 dollars when I calculated before going because i wanted to see if I had enough money, the max it would’ve been was 100. Our waitress charged our second round of pancakes as a whole different order even though we had ordered bottomless pancakes. All of us knew this was wrong so when we asked the chef that was helping our waitress with the bill, he simply brushed off our concerns and shut us out. I will never be returning to this specific ihop ever again. Zero Stars if I could.

There are good restaurants, but this IHOP is special. It’s always clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The manager has an amazing attitude and their leadership shows throughout the entire staff. The food always comes out perfect. Thank you for the effort and for providing such a lovely service.

The restaurant was empty and we stood for 10 minutes before beginning acknowledged. When we were acknowledged the waitress dismissed us and told a regular patron to come be seated and I asked why is she being seated before us her response, “oh I’m going to sit you now”. We left. Unprofessional and lack of customer service. If I could give a score of -0 I would.

Open 24 hours. Breakfast all day. I’m sure that service can vary, but I’ve always had a five-star experience here. The server was kind and attentive to myself and my daughter. They were minimally busy on a Monday late morning. Our food was prepared hot and timely and was delicious! French toast and country fried steak. We were very satisfied with our meals and the friendly service.
