This is one of the nicest IHOPs I’ve been to in the last 10 years. The staff is super friendly and the food is actually good. I had the egg white omelette with vegetables and avocado with unlimited pancakes. The meal was presented very well and then ingredients were super fresh.

Atmosphere ? Ihop is what ihop is… Generally reliable food but hit or miss service. Today I was in a back room area with only one server named Roberto. There was one table of 6, 2 tables of 4, and me. So, what’s the issue ?

My waitress Sandra was very attentive to serving me and my daughter.
Not only did she serve us so well, but I also noticed how well she serve the other customers that she waited on.
That’s is good customer service and we appreciated it.

Came in for a late breakfast. Food and service was as good as could be expected for being very busy. Pancakes and waffles were cold. The omelette and hot chocolate was good.
The biscuit was dry. Fruit was tasty and fresh.

Sandra was amazing. She was prompt, warm, and attentive. I work next door at Olive Garden and am glad to have stopped in for breakfast this morning before my shift. I was offered to go containers, many refills, a coffee to go, and the coupons for donating to blood cancer research. I appreciate her.

pillsbury flaky biscuits . I could have bought that . It was very cold and this is the first I have seen ihop do this . Is this unusual or no ? The biscuit is over cooked , way too little , and cold . The inside of my “ biscuit “ is bigger than the biscuit itself. Never in my years of experiencing ihop have I gotten a biscuit sandwich that looks like this . Not only was it 1 sandwich , but it was 2 .
