Had breakfast here this morning with a long time friend that I have not saw in years. We had a great experience, food was excellent, waitress was wonderful and attentive. Very quiet environment at that time in the morning. Very convenient location and easily accessible. We decided to do this on a monthly basis and this will be our go to place for sure!

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at an IHOP. Our server who could bare peak English, took out drink orders without writing anything down. Came back with all the drinks jumbled. Upon trying to correct the drinks she became irritated. She dropped off our drinks and walked away. We didn’t see her again. Well. We saw her walking past and ignoring us. After waiting patiently for about 20 minutes I realized she was purposefully avoiding our table. I jd to literally wave my hand in the air asif I was in school. Another waitress helped us, then another took our order, then another brought us our food. When I say I was NOT rude to this waitress. It was the beginning of our dining. We just clarified our drinks and she black balled us.

Came to this location because the location off hoadly rd was HORRIBLE! As soon as we came inside, the manager greeted us and sat us at a table right away. This location was completely packed but ran extremely smooth! Wait staff was polite and prompt. Even though it was extremely busy, the food was good and brought out in a timely manner. This location is on point.

Great food. Great service. The only complaint was a misunderstanding at first regarding shake and smoothie buy one get one free per beverage menu. However, the waitress talked to the manager and agreed with me that smoothies are also part of special despite another table advertisement that it was only shakes. After all that, smoothie is definitely not their forte. It’s more like slush.

This place either needs better employees or corporate needs to expand. It’s always full they forget to put things in to go orders, it takes forever to get food. If you can go to another IHOP I suggest you do.

So disappointing. We arrive around 6am, there was only one other customer. Yet our table wasn’t cleaned. The waiter didn’t introduce himself, acted like he wanted to go back to bed. The food came surprisingly not piping hot, since there was only 1 other customer. The whole 45 min we ate, our waiter never came close to our table, even the manager passed us without a glance. We didn’t have any extra napkins, so we asked a waitress and she ghosted us, never even sent our waiter.
