Families enjoying a Saturday morning breakfast. Bacon was good, good specials. Lots of servers working on their mobile devices, still slow service. Dirty and old inside. Girlscouts selling cookies outside we charming as ever!

The service I received today deserves all the recognition. My server, Ayman, was absolutely phenomenal. He may be young, but he carries himself with the professionalism, attentiveness, and respect of someone far beyond his years.
From the moment we were seated, he was warm, supportive, and genuinely attentive to every detail. He anticipated needs before I even had to ask, checked in at the perfect times without hovering, and made the entire dining experience feel effortless and enjoyable. It’s rare these days to encounter customer service that feels this authentic and thoughtful.
IHOP is known for its fast-casual breakfast food, but today Ayman made the experience about so much more than just the meal. He elevated it with his positive energy and dedication to excellent service. Management should be proud to have someone like him on the team.
If you dine here, I sincerely hope you get the chance to be served by Ayman. He sets the bar for what great customer service should be.

I had an amazing experience at IHOP! The food was fresh, delicious, and served hot. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back again for breakfast soon. Highly recommended! ☕

I came here for suhoor with my sisters, at around 1:30am we arrived with our server Ken. He not only sat and took our orders so fast he was handling 5+ tables with 2-4 guests. He was so excited to take our orders and gave us all the details needed to know about the specials and combos. Overall, I don’t think this review is enough to describe the experience, we DEFINITELY will be coming back and can’t wait! 🙂

We went in at 1am on a Monday and were the only patrons dining in. I was worried we might get poor service due to the lack of servers but we had Ken who gave us that old diner feel and chat with my teen about his theater days. Yes, he is talkative. But honestly I would rather have a friendly, talkative attentive server than a rude one who could care less. Though I personally prefer to eat in silence, my theater kid was delighted by his many stage stories and had a great time, so I approve. The food was great. I think Ken is a great choice for overnight server and can really enhance the fun factor for college kids/late night diners.

Went here with some friends (all teens) for the free pancake stack day. We were never checked in on after getting our food to get our waters refilled and we had to track down our server twice to get our check which ended up being incorrect, having additional items we didn’t order or receive. Also looking at the check we saw that despite ordering 1 side of bacon we were given and sold 4, as well as being given and charged for 2 orders of hash browns instead of 1, with no chance to correct either because of how quickly she left our table and again, never even walked past us again without us specifically asking over the booth next to us for the check. After getting our check our waitress never returned to collect our check and we had to ask another waitress for it. Delicious food but unfortunately bad service. I understand there are certain stereotypes about teen customers but we can’t prove you wrong if you don’t give us a chance with attentive service.

We came here for the halal menu and it’s sooo exciting to have so many options available to us. IHOP is always a good time, but I especially wanna shout out our server, Nate. He was friendly, helpful, and honestly was invested in making sure we had a good experience. We ordered the poblano omelette, chicken and waffles, and a side of dulce de leche pancakes! Can’t wait to come back for other halal items

Me and my friends were enjoying a lovely late night dinner and we were met with wonderful service from our server Lexus and food. I got the french toast that came out beautifully done and filled me right up. And also wonderfully our server lexus introduced us to the cupcake pancakes when I said we were celebrating our friends birthday today. She even asked how much whipped cream she wanted for her birthday pancakes We had a great time and will definitely choose this I-hop and have Lexus again for our late night dinner again in the future.

My husband and I order from this particular IHOP on a semi-regular basis, mostly when we’re feeling like “breakfast for dinner” they’re a pretty solid spot. What keeps us coming back, it’s just that they’re so consistent with their quality of food and the prices are SO reasonable. I think it must be because their customers tend to skew older. Either way it’s appreciated that IHOP hasn’t jacked up their prices. They remain “affordable” and haven’t sacrificed food quality. Their omelettes are enormous and filling. My favorites are the Spicy Poblano and the Mushroom and Spinach Omelettes. My husband tends to get one of the breakfast combos. I also appreciate the really great service as well. Our food delivery person forgot our drinks once and the manager drove our drinks here herself. She really takes pride in this location and her restaurant and you can tell.

Lexus at the Burke IHOP was seriously the BEST. She was so sweet, funny, attentive, and on top of everything the entire time. Our drinks were always filled, she checked in at the perfect moments, and her energy was just so positive. She made the whole experience 10x better. If you go to this location, ask for Lexus, you won’t regret it!
