We stopped in with my mom and daughter after school for a early dinner.. once we stepped in the hostess and waitress Samara was absolutely amazing.. she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.. she was professional, attentive, patient (my mom couldn’t decide on what she wanted ) made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10.. the food arrived quickly.. and everything was hot and delicious.. 10/10.. we will definitely be back!!

I walked in during a busy time as a single. Still, I was greeted promptly and seated very quickly. As soon as I was seated my waitress showed up with a menu and wanted to know if she could get me something to drink. Coffee please!
She returned with coffee asking if I was ready to order. My order was The Breakfast Sampler. The pancakes were delicious, light and fluffy just as I like them. The ham was well cooked and had an amazing flavor. Though not a big fan of link sausage, I must say the sausage links were very good. My hash browns were cooked just the way I like them, some crispy and some soft but not under-cooked. My eggs, which is often a problem, were cooked to order exactly as I like them.
The meal was excellent. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean with clean restrooms. This IHOP gets my enthusiastic 5 star rating.

Food was good. What you would expect from IHOP. Our service however was outstanding! So friendly and attentive. Side note: we are so glad they brought back the choice oc the syrup flavors on the table. Like the IHOP we went to when I was a kid.

Very disappointing experience at this IHOP location. A manager named Romero behaved in a highly unprofessional and confrontational manner. Before any food had even arrived, he approached our table accusing us of sharing a child’s bottomless pancake order, even though each person at the table had ordered their own meal!
Later, when my breakfast arrived, the side order of sausages looked different from the pork sausage on my plate. When I questioned it, Romero insisted we eat it, claiming there were “six different cooks” and that it was just burnt. Only after I insisted it be taken back did he admit the sausages were turkey sausage. My child has a severe turkey allergy, so this was extremely concerning.
When I raised this safety issue, Romero became defensive and told us to “get the hell out” multiple times in front of children, escalating the situation unnecessarily.
IHOP should seriously review whether Romero is fit to be in a customer-facing management role. In most businesses, conduct like this would lead to disciplinary action. Because of this experience, I will be boycotting IHOP.

When we sat down waiting for our waitress we could not even talk to each other. It was so loud not by customers no by the staff. Even one of the other employees told the people in the kitchen to keep it down. This was around 10 am . No one was in the place yet. Then large groups started to come in . Could the hostess space us out just a little no a large group sat behind us even louder then the kitchen staff. I literally had to slam my hand down on the table so my husband could see I was trying to talk to him.
We will never stop in that ihop again.
My husband had a plate of grease sat in front of him. He order two eggs over easy bacon potatoes one slice of bread. Coffee. He used two napkins to clean up all the grease from his eggs and they had a drown edge all the way around them bacon burnt on half the other was rubbery and he got a whole order of toast. The coffee was so old my husband in our 34 years of marriage put cream in his coffee, he always drinks it black but he was trying to cover up the taste.
If you are handicapped I would not recommend coming here the sidewalk is uneven making it harder to walk.

Our breakfast was barely warm at best, the restaurant was not busy at all. Coffee wasn’t even hot. Its been a long time since we ate at IHOP, I felt it was overpriced , 2 people $45, not counting the tip ! We won’t be back.

We got seated at the table that was already dirty. The “new wrapped up silverware” was gross and had food still on it. I don’t remember hot chocolate having an oily topping to it. And the inside smelled like dirty dish water as soon as you walked in. We used to come here all the time and now I remember why we stopped after the last time. We originally stopped coming here because we got food that was undercooked. I had an omelet that was raw in the middle and my boyfriend had pancakes that were still raw in the middle. Before our food came out I walked out, it was just so gross in there. My boyfriend stayed to pay and get the food. He came out 30 minutes later with the bag of food. I asked what took so long and he explained the waiter just didn’t care. I’m sorry but I have managed restaurants in the past and if I ever had a customer that didn’t want to stay and eat the meal that was intended to be sat down and eaten I would have asked questions. “Why did they leave?” “Was there something wrong??” Apparently the waiter we had just said “ok” and gave him the boxes for our food. No questions asked. Like as if it was normal for people to just order food to eat there then change there minds… 72$ just thrown away. Again I warn others don’t waste your time and money coming here.
