We went in there yesterday only the 11th for my daughter‘s birthday manager came out and asked if everything was OK gave us ice cream for our daughter and about six employees saying happy birthday to her without us. Knowing food was great. Everything was wonderful. We had a great time thank you. We appreciate The good business.

Usually dealing with this establishment I would have no complaints , the staff is fine & the young woman manager is always so kind and helpful but to my absolute surprise when dealing with a Mr. Muhammad ( forgive if the spelling is incorrect) someone wearing a collard shirt & I say that because usually in restaurants when dealing with hierarchy that person is giving the say so but I digress. Anyways when telling him a family member of mine is allergic to eggs he looked me in my eyes and said no substitution is available and no prize reduction would take place. As a manager in a restaurant I was simply appalled then I gathered myself and left. The customer service was simply disheartening if I’m honest. Shame on you. Do better! If it was your family member I’m sure you would appreciate the simply switch from egg to potatoes ♀️

Our normal server was not in today which is GiGi, we are accustomed to outstanding customer service, friendly family like atmosphere and all around good time. Unfortunately we did not experience that today, food was satisfactory and could’ve been better, service was okay one of our orders was completely wrong

The food is good but the server Yuanes will literally kick you out, he doesn’t come and check on you; he just brings the bill and put on top on your food then if you’re not ready he’ll make a face. Unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this IHOP location. The service was poor, and the quality of food and overall experience did not meet even basic expectations. We waited an unreasonably long time to be served, and it was clear the staff was inexperienced and overwhelmed. What made matters worse was the lack of leadership—there was no support from the manager to improve efficiency or address customer concerns.
Our server, while polite, handed over the payment device with the tip preset to 30%—a concerning practice, especially at an establishment that serves many senior patrons. Automatically suggesting such a high tip for subpar service is not only presumptuous but also unethical. It felt like an attempt to take advantage of customers who may not be tech-savvy enough to change the amount.
IHOP needs to reevaluate how they train their staff and the systems they put in place for customer interaction. This experience has made it unlikely that I will return to this location.

Went on Christmas day. Place was packed, but the service was still very good. The food was really good too. They were out of BBQ sauce, but still amazing experience

The Good:
When my family and I arrived, we were immediately seated. The host was very polite and hospitable. The waitress was at our table within a minute taking our order for drinks. Overall, our waitress was extremely pleasant and efficient. We actually got the feeling that she cared to deliver a pleasant experience. I ordered the Jalapeño Kick, which was a good sandwhich. My son ate the strawberry cheesecake taco pancake, which he absolutely devoured. My wife, too, enjoyed her food. We paid, I gave a 30% tip for the excellent service, and we were out of there after having enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was relaxing.
The Bad:
I honestly do not have one bad thing to say.

Another Awesome Breakfast at IHOP today. Everything was perfect as could be and our Waitress GiGi was as beyond exceptional, even though the place was crowded she was extremely pleasant and timely in every way!!!!
