My family has been coming to this Ihop for a couple of years now. We are never disappointed! The servers are always kind and attentive. Special shout out to Alana. She’s served us a couple of times now. She’s a sweetheart, always friendly and upbeat. Alana serves like she is truly happy to do it. You’re lucky if you get her as your server, but the rest of them are Rockstars too. I think that has to do with management. One thing I notice when we come is that the manager is ALWAYS present, not in a bad way though. He’s attentive and I notice that he helps with serving and cleaning. He’s very hands on and friendly. In my opinion that sets the tone for the fantastic moral that the servers have. The food is always delicious and well prepared. The presentation is amazing. I’ve been to other locations that dont seem to care but the cooks here get it right every time. We continue to return because we never disappointed. Thanks to all the employees and management for making Sunday mornings even more special for my family ♡♡♡♡

Great experience at IHOP. The food came out quickly, everything was hot, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Heather provided excellent service. First off I asked for water with lemon. I never received my lemons for my water until my husband asked the server for it again. Secondly, I ordered the breakfast sampler I asked for no butter on my pancakes needless to say I got butter. Thirdly, I don’t eat eggs and ham so I asked for extra home fries and one and one extra bacon and sausage. Since I don’t eat ham. I get raw sausage so I told the server they weren’t cooked all the way and could she get me new sausage and u get overcooked sausage. In the process of waiting for new sausage she brings me 2 instead of 3 sausage while the rest of my food is getting cold because I’m waiting on hot syrup as well. Smdh never have I had this type of experience from IHOP and I’ve been coming here since I moved in the area 5 years ago. So disappointed I will not be back here again. I’ll be trying Bob Evan’s or Denny’s .

My experience at this IHOP was very special. I can say it’s the best in the area for service. Ruby is a very polite and attentive young lady who made me feel very comfortable. She also answered all our questions with the help of her manager, Sulma, who is always attentive to customers and seems very happy. I will return to this IHOP a thousand times more.

I always come here to order the same meal. Today’s visit was no different but to my surprise they had taken the gluten free pancakes off the menu this week. This makes ordering food very difficult for someone like me because I’m allergic to gluten and eggs. Theirs is nothing worse than sitting down to eat with others before your shift at work and watching others eat and enjoy their meal, when you can’t even find any other options on the menu to eat. I am truly disappointed with my visit.

Honestly, one of the best IHOPs I have been to and I have been to IHOPs all over the country. Everything went according to plan, but I just don’t think I could ever go higher than four stars for any IHOP, as I generally find their pancakes mediocre and they are invariably overly-loud and understaffed at their busiest times such as when I went recently with my children. My waitress did amazing considering how much she had on her plate, and my kids, whom I went here for, had a terrific time and loved their food.

The servers are always so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and my food always arrives without a long wait. I think the chefs are over cooking the pancakes but aside from that I love everything about this ihop.
