Came here on a weekday morning as a family. We were the only table for a while, so service was pretty quick. We had a great server who was attentive to us having a young kid at the table.
Food came out pretty quick. The kids pancake didn’t look exactly like the photo, but it had sprinkles on top and that was really all our kid wanted. I got an eggs benedict, it was kind of meh. The eggs weren’t runny, cooked almost through but the sauce was good. Probably will stick to pancakes from a restaurant that is about pancakes.
Easy parking, and lots of spots.
Honestly our server really made the experience great, so try to get a table with Dalio if you go!

So I use to come here alot with my family went yesterday with my siblings once we got our food our server never came back over waited 20 still nothing I have to go ask for my check and to go boxes mind you it wasn’t even busy
Went back today for the first time in a while. The service was great. I got seated right away. The waitress was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, the strawberries on my French Toast were frozen.

In over a year, I’ve ordered 3 times. All pick-up orders. This will be my last.
Staff is a NO. Orders have ALL been inaccurate. And this last time, food looked like literal garbage. We didn’t bother eating it, and simply threw it away rather than chance food poisoning. Especially bcz not only did it look like trash but it smelled weird in a terrible way. I should have taken pics to post as opposed to tossing the entire meal in the trash in frustration.
MONEY AND TIME WASTED. NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES overall. I didn’t bother calling the ihop for assistance because they won’t get me again. . This will be the LAST time they get my money or time.

Had a single server working all 5 tables that were occupied with multiple diners, including at least 2 large groups. The server was pleasant and hardworking, and despite being overworked she never acted overwhelmed. She was great.
However, this low rating is for the floor being understaffed. At a later point in our visit, the cook came out to help the server deliver orders to the table. He made multiple trips walking plates from the pass to the tables, EXCEPT for our plates that we watched from our booth, sitting there unmoved. I can’t imagine why he skipped our table, but we asked the server to please deliver. Maybe because we didn’t look like him or the other diners.

I have been coming to this Ihop for a long time and they are consistently late making pickup orders, as well as making the orders incorrectly when they do end up coming out. The food is always cooked underdone as well. I would rather go to any other ihop.

Today was better. I was with a friend we talked had the best time again the waitress brought the bill before we even asked for it. Then she asked us to paid and leave because “she didn’t want to stay with our table all day “ needless to say we paid and left. She could have made a lot more money since we are planning to eat and talk more. Too bad. Never going back

My takeout order was not ready when I first arrived, so I sat waiting for ~15 minutes when I checked again to see when my order would be ready only to find my order had been bagged and ready getting cold on a counter top while staff had not notified me it was ready. I ordered 2 eggs over easy and was served 2 eggs barely qualifying as Sunnyside up with clearly undercooked egg whites contaminating the majority of a combo.

I am disappointed with this location this evening. We had to raise a hand for service. No one came for more than 20 mins to see if we needed anything. If more servers need to be hired for the service to improve, then that should be a priority since the manger had to do everything that night. Manager offered us extra pancakes to go!!

Waiting 50 minutes for a chicken quesadilla, four tables with customers, the rest were empty. This is the worst service that I have experienced in this location.
And before I left I told to the mannager that waiting for a hour is not fair and he did not say anything about it. The waitress tried to help us but the cook was the big problem.
