Just a quick positive review. It was a cold and rainy night and I had a bit of a drive ahead of me, so I stopped in at this IHOP for a country fried steak, eggs and some pancakes. There weren’t many people at the restaurant that night but I can tell you that the one man that was working as the host and the sole waiter was wonderfully polite and on top of everything happening. He sat me immediately and offered to make fresh coffee. The meal came quickly and the food was perfectly prepared. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stop, rest and eat. I was really impressed with how professional and attentive the service was, and just thought it was worth saying so.

For the LAST TIME , TODAY I CAME TO EAT HERE AND WAS PLACED IN THE BACK ALL WAS GOOD TILL A LADY WITH A HORSE OF A DOG WITH POODLE HAIR EVERYWHERE WAS PLACED BEHIND IS WITH THE ALLEDGE SERVICE DOG . I SAW NO SERVICE PAPERS NOR A VEST , TALK WITH THE MANAGER AND ALL THESE FOREIGNERS DO IS COMPLY . AFTER COVID, IT IS NON COMPLIANT TO HAVE A DOG OR ANY ANIMAL NEAR HUMAN CONSUMPTION I AM ASKING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO LOOK INTO THIS . ABEE WAS THE MANAGER AND NO FAULT ON STAFF THEIR WERE VERY NICE BUT BELIEVE IN THE LIE OF A SERVICE ANIMAL.

DONT BOTHER. Horrible location. Poor service. No one came to tend to guests waiting in line. I walked into the kitchen questioning when would people be seated. I was interrupted with a worker saying in a minute. Well after waiting a much long duration to be seated. I left and so did others. never to return.

While google maps said that this is it’s busiest time there was only one other family when we got here and only a few other groups showed up. Sadly for some reason the low traffic didn’t translate to fast service. The food was nice but nothing to write home about.

This was the worst IHOP experience ever! First we got there, and no other customers was there. The fountain beverages was unavailable so no sodas, no lemonade, they had to go to the dollar tree to buy lemonade and that took about thirty minutes so no refills then all 13 orders came out cold after waiting an hour for all the food when we told them not to hold any of the food once or was ready!! To add the manager came out and said because it was such a large party naturally it is inevitable for some of the food to be cold that’s just how that works!!! Now I’ve worked in the food industry for a nice bit of time and never heard such a thing but okay miss manager! Then we asked to pay and we started to say who was paying for what we was told they could only do one check.. ok fine! But then now you saying we can only use one card two? Now we had a big problem… To add I never ate because my food was wrong and cold. And refused to at least discount the cold food that none of us ate. Never ever again! Trying to comeback corporate about this matter because they were very unprofessional and unprepared to do any good service that night!

We had breakfast and definitely filled us up and tasted great.
Would highly recommend this ihop. Our waitress was Gabby and she has a great personality and very welcoming.

IHOP, I’m back. A few year ago I stopped eating at IHOP. The food never looked like the photos on the menu and the service along with the restaurant conditions were horrible. The restaurant chain just seemed so mismanaged.
After years and an invite from a friend, I reluctantly visited and even ate at my local restaurant. To my surprise, I was greeted by the hostess with a real smile, then seated. The restaurant looked clean, no food on the floor around my feet, tables cleaned as patrons left. I mean really wiped and cleaned, not just remove the old dishes. When the waitress came to the table, she was smiling too. It’s like she actually enjoyed coming to work. She took our order the food came out and pretty closely march the photos on the menu.
Anyway, I really have to say that IHOP is now back to it old glory. Good job IHOP. ( At least this location). Pankackes on point!

Went to IHOP to get some brunch-type food. I got the Nashville hot chicken waffles, and I was very disappointed. The chicken was heavily coated in Nashville hot seasoning, almost to the point where it was nearly inedible. There was also a lot of breading on the chicken. I would recommend you stay away from this menu item at this location. I also had the cinnamon bun crepes, which were really good. I also had the chicken biscuit sandwich, and that was good too. The interior was okay, but it didn’t seem too different from other restaurants I’ve been to. The service was good, but I didn’t have any issues. Overall, I had an average IHOP experience. The main thing I disliked was the chicken and waffles.

Luckily, we are honest people, and we let him know we should pay at least 50 buckets more than the amount he asked
