The presentation of the food and quality was great. The server was pleasant but could have been more attentive. The restaurant was very noisy with young unprofessional employees having loud extensive personal conversations where customers could hear. We were bothered by the loud noise given my husband is battling cancer and all we wanted was a peaceful nice relaxing Saturday brunch. One of the sinks in the ladies room was backed up getting ready to flood which was brought to the attention of one of the employees. In my opinion, some of the staff needs coaching on professionalism while being on the job while the management team needs to do a better job maintaining a functional safe restroom. Besides those two areas of concern everything was smooth

IHOP was crowded. Can’t tell if your name is called unless u keep checking with the front. My food was good (I got the lemon ricotta French toast), everything except the hashbrowns…they weren’t crisp enough and tasted stale (like old milk was in it). The server was excellent, swift and made sure we were satisfied.

My husband, my toddler, and myself needed to find somewhere quick to eat after our Ikea trip. We got seated right away and I thought things would be good because there were about 6 servers working and barely any customers. Was I horribly wrong! It took at least 15 minutes for anyone to come over to take our order. Once someone came over, it was to get our drink order and, for some reason, couldn’t take our food order, so we had to wait longer for our server. Once our server came over and took our order, she asked if we wanted the kid’s meal to come out first, since the toddler was repeatedly asking for French fries. We thanked her and said that that would be great. 30 minutes later, and still no food. When we asked our server about it, she said that it should be out in a few minutes. When she FINALLY brought our food, she brought out my husband’s food, my over-easy eggs (which were fried hard) with burnt bacon and the crepes with strawberries and blueberries just tossed on top. No food for the toddler (just chicken tenders and fries). So I gave my toddler my crepes so that she could eat the berries. Upon a closer look at the berries and they were stuck together with fuzzy, white mold. At this point, my husband went to settle up with the manager and we left – an hour after we were seated. I would suggested finding a different place to eat, any place would be better

My 5 stars goes to the service. The waitress ( Mama ) I don’t remember if that was her name, she was wonderful. The food was also delicious, I went for Brunch. Enough meals to be satisfied. But the service was spectacular. Thank you! You really deserve Five stars. Thank you ma’am

It is just an IHOP at the end of the day. I didn’t go in with high expectations and honestly my experience was fine but it definitely could have been better. I asked for tres leche pancakes but received regular pancakes and I asked for my eggs over medium but they were very runny. Our server though was very polite and it could have been worse

they made us wait 10min to be seated eventhough there were open seats everywhere. once seated the server came and pretty much just stared at us until we gave him an order and in between that and after we got food he disappeared, we needed an extra plate, syrup for pancakes, and butter for pancakes but by the time he came back and got everything for us our meal was cold.

Breakfast with hubby was excellent. My waffle combo which includes two eggs, two sausage links and a crispy waffle was delicious and of course the fresh coffee they serve there is the best. My five stars goes also for our server Chris, always with a smile and pleasant gave us a great customer service.

The location is extremely dirty with ants crawling all over the place. The floor and seats where we were seated are dirty too. Moreover, the tomatoes in my bacon temptation omelet were frozen, which is not ideal. Skip this place!
