Seated immediately to a booth but had food or so.e foreign substance on the seat and had hostess move us, she was very understanding and compliant.
Had not been to IHOP in about 30 years but food was hot cooked to the way we ordered.
Server was great explaining the menu and what we could sub out for other food.
Atmosphere was relaxed with mature customers and blended ethnicities.

I ordered through the website. The driver was slow to follow a simple instruction. I live on the campus which the direction can be slightly complex, but I have gave the driver a clear and simple instruction. The driver was waiting at the closed gate for a solid 30 minutes, I told them to go to another gate that is open. Soon after, the driver marked the order delivered, I never got my order. I contacted the owner/staff from this Ihop, they kept hanging up on me and wouldn’t cooperate with me. The only way to get the refund is contacting them since I ordered on the website. The attitude was stink. I can’t get the refund because of it. Wouldn’t recommend go to this place if you don’t want to be an unhappy customer.

I’ve visited this location a few times but today’s visit will be my last. Dirty silverware, but offered hot water for unwashed silverware with visible food on it, which instantly turned me off. Then I was given a second set of silverware that was also just as dirty. Then I saw the dirty syrup dispenser with I’m not sure what caked on it. Very disappointing breakfast outing.

I typically place my IHOP order over the phone so that it is ready when I arrive. However, on this particular day, it was raining, and I wanted to pick up my food quickly to avoid the weather. I called several times, but no one answered. When I arrived at the restaurant, I observed the associates on the phone, and I called again while standing at the front counter. The phone did not ring at all, which indicates that the calls were not being answered or properly received.

Server greeted us about 15 minutes after arrival didn’t introduce himself his name is Bryan (from name tag) not attentive what so ever no drinks unsanitary wooing of nose in plain view with no tissue . I went to bathroom with my daughter the cheese was laying on the counter nothing under it! Even when I told no on the eggs with cheese after that food was ice cold . That’s it im done and will never return.. BTW AS A FORMER RESTAURANT WORKER THIS IS SAD ! it wasn’t peek hours and the service was completely trash along with the food. The cups were filthy and had a nasty residue on the outside. (No its was not pulp either)

The servers are excellent, welcoming and very respectful especially this one server called Antoine I had his seevice was a 10 out of 10 he made me want to come to Ihop everyday and so happy I came there it was a wonderful experience.
