Breakfast has generally been my favorite meal to eat out. But I’m getting over that. My server was great. I explained to him a couple things I wanted, such as crispy bacon and buttered toast with extra butter to put on my hashbrowns. For some reason, though, restaurants seem to think that we all want dry toast.And I think they’re afraid of burning the bacon. But it’s the dry toast thing that will ruin a breakfast for me.

Leidy provided amazing service at IHOP! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Our food came out quickly, our drinks stayed full, and she had such a positive attitude that made the whole experience even better. Definitely ask for Leidy if you come here!

I have had food delivered from here and multiple times the order is so wrong. The eggs are over cooked and the waffle is burned and brown. The manager was rude and told me to bring the food in as proof when I paid for it to be delivered. Go to the other IHOPS in the area. Absolutely no customer service

We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Galilea! She was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we sat down. She constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Our food came out quickly, and the service was smooth and efficient the entire time. Galilea truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy!

We had such a good experience at IHOP. Everything from the service to the food was great, and it made our visit really enjoyable. Galilea was our server and she did an excellent job. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Our server Keisha was attentive and friendly during our dine in experience. We were sat immediately upon arrival. My husband ordered and loved the Poblano omelette! I had ordered a side of hashbrowns with onions and green peppers, and the portion was questionable. Keisha and kitchen staff had fixed the issue by bringing me another small portion without even me asking! They took care of our needs our entire stay. Thank you Keisha!

My family and I had a great experience this weekend. Our Server Keisha was amazing!! Keisha was very responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was also very good and everything came out hot and in a timely manner. Will definitely be back and Keisha was awesome.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at IHOP and it wasn’t for the waitress Keisha’s professionally hospitable service I would not be saying this. I have not experienced such good customer service in a very long time and I felt very well taken care of during my visit. A-1 service for sure and Keisha deserves the highest recognition.
