We had a great breakfast experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Germansh E. She provided excellent service and was especially amazing with the kids. She was patient, kind, and very attentive to their needs, which made our visit stress-free and enjoyable. Our food arrived quickly and exactly as ordered, and she checked on us often with a friendly smile. If you’re dining with children, I highly recommend asking for Germansh E. She has wonderful customer service skills

I have to say, Veronica is THE BEST server I’ve had in years. She’s so personable, so real and so sweet! We ordered poached eggs and the cook made us fried eggs, she caught it after I mentioned it and went to fix it right away. Her attitude was so great that we weren’t even bothered by that. Then the food came out great. She made our dining experience a great one and even made our day happier with her contagious good energy. She is a gem ✨️

stood for a while in a packed waiting area waiting for my takeout order to be called. just to get home and see that not all of my food that i paid for was in my bag. i called and didn’t recieve an answer. so disappointing and i definitely was not about to wait in line for even longer to get something that should’ve been in there the first time.

I generally enjoy coming here, but my experience with our server, Cathy, was extremely disappointing. From the moment we sat down, it was clear she didn’t want to be there.
There was no greeting and not even a smile; she walked up and immediately asked, “What drink do you want?” followed by “What food do you want?” It felt incredibly rushed and unprofessional. When we asked for an extra minute to look at the menu or requested to switch a drink order, she responded with a visible attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than guests.
The service was unorganized and completely lacked the basic hospitality you’d expect. It’s a shame because it really ruined the atmosphere of our meal. I hope management addresses this, as better service is definitely needed. 2/16 10:50AM

Ordered takeout on my lunch break. Took forever to get order and then get to my job and eat and my burger is raw ! Not medium well just pink . Very gross and the bun was soggy from wet condiments, instead of putting them in separate container. Won’t return just a waste of time and money.

Miss Kathy at the Waldorf IHOP is the definition of top-tier service. Even with the after-church rush and the place absolutely packed, she moved with so much energy, patience, and kindness that you would’ve thought she had a whole team backing her. She took care of me and everyone around us like it was nothing. My food was right, my table stayed handled, and she never stopped smiling.

Waldorf Ihop has great food, especially the pancakes, which are always fluffy and delicious. The service is very friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable. Love it there!!

Haven’t been here in awhile. I started not to go because to me they can be a bit pricey (3 of us) and pancakes not cooked all the way through. Pancakes were the only thing I ate and wish I got more. And they have a value menu that made us say we need to eat at this specific location for perfectly cooked pancakes and services. Our waitress kept checking on us but didn’t need anything because she gave us everything to begin with, great experience.

I ordered the steak tips and eggs. It was delicious. That was three weeks ago.
Of course, their pancakes are always great.
Today, I was sitting on the bench outside, waiting for a friend to get off work at a neighboring restaurant. The manager was assisting a customer with their bags. He told me it was hot outside. He told me I should come inside to wait. This was a very humane thing. I was fine, but his kindness will not go unnoticed in a world where kindness and compassion are no longer the norm.
