Love this iHop. It’s always consistent and good. I had the fajita omelet and the protein pancakes and my wife had the cali turkey club sandwich. Everything was great. Service and atmosphere at 1030 pm can always be better as they are cleaning and whatnot. This iHop remains the BEST option in leesburg for late-night.

I can’t really speak much to the atmosphere or the service, as this was an online delivery order. I decided to surprise my family with a nice Sunday brunch but was left disappointed instead. I ordered the Jr cupcake pancakes for my son, what arrived were plain pancakes, no sprinkles, no whipped cream, not even in separate containers. The gravy is very little for what you pay for to go with the biscuits. We have a decent experience when we visit this location for dine in, but I cannot recommend delivery after what we received today.

Went here and was not very happy, I have been here plenty of times and this service was not the best. Food was cold my dad steak was over cooked and when he asked to have it redone they acted like it was an issue. I asked them to reheat my fires and also seemed like a problem, my omelette was cold. Oh and they never brought my pancakes back till he asked. The only good thing was the dessert. Service was bad and they were very slow

Ate at the Leesburg VA restaurant last night around 7:30 PM and the server was great. My issue was that there was a sheriff there with his family and dog in a stroller. He was sitting at the far end of the restuarant when we got there, but customers complained that there was a dog in the restaurant and he was growling and barking aggressively and we were confused because we didn’t see or know there was a dog there. Few minutes later, the sheriff and his family (with the dog in the stroller) moves to the booth behind us. The manager comes over and tells him to keep the dog in the stroller. We told the manager that one of the persons with us has a severe allergy to animals. The sheriff’s wife started saying things to about us complaining. The sheriff starts to take the dog out the stroller and says how long have we been coming to this place and with the dog. The dog bit one of the lady’s with the sheriff but they kept trying to take it out the stroller. We said multiple times that there was someone with severe animal allergy. They then get up complaining and saying things about us and move to the next booth. I told the manager that this is unsanitary and no animal should be in the restaurant if its not a service dog. The manager told me he knows and he left. The manager didn’t make them leave knowing that he had someone with severe animal allergy. And to put icing on the cake, our food was like warm when we got it. The butter on my pancake didn’t melt. I was really shocked. They need to be shut down. That sheriff knows better and the manager didn’t care. ONe and only good thing was our waiter. This is a serious problem. The sheriff didn’t like that we and others had issues with the aggressive dog being in the restaurant. HE didn’t leave and the manager didn’t make him.

Bacon was burnt in some parts and barley cooked, still raw and rubbery in other spots, ham was all grizzle and still cold, part of the hash browns were still frozen and they didn’t give me all the toppings to the caramel pancakes, dos leches or whatever it’s called the eggs were over easy not over medium, yuck! Raw eggs are disgusting! We got take out so didn’t notice til we got home. The 3rd time the food was not good, messed up and missing items from it. Ihop used to be 1 of my favorite breakfast places, it’s not good anymore! Do not recommend at all!

Jim was my server during my visit at IHOP and I will ensure it is always him. He provided stupendous service and exceeded my expectations by kilometers. Jim will forever have a space in my stomach as he is the face of IHOP to me. On my next visit, I will thank him, Pakistani style. He is a great server and I hope eat more of his food. Delightful visit hope he becomes owner. Awesome by buddy Jim. Thank you for my breakfast sampler.
