We ordered:
Appetizer sampler (4 chicken strips,4 mozzarella sticks, 6-8 onion rings).
cinnamon dippers (cinnamon balls with icing).
Breakfast sampler (two pieces of ham, two sausage links, 2 bacon, hash browns, two sunny side up eggs, 2 pancakes).
Classic with bacon (bacon cheeseburger, fries)
Drinks: coffee, water, Sierra Mist, Oreo milkshake(to-go).
Review: this was my first time at this particular location. When we came in, it was somewhat busy, however, we were seated in less than two minutes and it took about five minutes for a server to greet and take our order. The food took about 12-15 minutes to be served and came out altogether. The food was excellent. Everything was cooked properly and was delicious. the server checked on us every 5 to 10 minutes to see if we needed any refills or assistance. He was very kind and accommodating. When we ordered food to go the server place our order and 5 minutes later came back and informed us that a big party ordered before us so there would be a slight delay in the kitchen and he kept us updated as we waited. we spent about an hour and a half from the time we came in being seated, served, eating and getting our check. Server definitely deserves recognition for his courteous and accommodating demeanor and professionalism. Overall for this to be my first visit here it definitely positively stood out over other locations that I have visited. Will definitely visit again the next time I’m in the area.

The manager at this location has the worst attitude in all the Ihops I have ever been to. No wonder the servers follow her example. Don’t come here. The smell has gotten better, but you’ll still walk out smelling like the kitchen. Poor ventilation.

Update: came back 9.2.21 bc first experience (below) was so good. 180° change. Pancakes were slightly tough, the whole top came off as you can see by the photo. My friend’s breakfast – the pile of food – he said was very good but also exceedingly spicy hot. And he likes hot food! But this was too much. However it was a huge amount!
My eggs were wet. Very wet. Everything was exceedingly wet and greasy except for the pancakes. She brought out butter that was ice hard.
When we left, we walked by a waitress that was on her phone that didn’t bother to look up and say ‘have a nice day’. I specifically caught the eye another waitress who didn’t say anything either. She looked away.
I think the only time I will be back is on a weekend when it’s busy and it should be better. If I go back.
The place was not busy.
I haven’t been to an IHop in YEARS! They have changed their menu happily. I had the smoke combo, which was two sausages smoked, to scrambled eggs, hash browns that I did not eat but they were good. And two buttermilk pancakes. They use real eggs. That’s a big huge deal. You know that right? It was really good! And we were served by the manager Mandeep. I probably butchered the spelling but you’ll know how to say it. 😉 I will be back!

Never have I ever walked away from an iHop thinking I am impressed, Until today! Ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Melt Sandwich with a side of extra crispy hash browns and pickles. Split the meal with my GF. The sandwich was big enough to fill us both. Despite being extremely busy the food came out promptly. The staff was very friendly and professional and turning tables like no tomorrow.

My family had breakfast here today. The food was great. I didn’t have to add salt or pepper to my eggs or hash browns and my crepes were great! My fiance was pleased (surprised) with his bacon cheese burger as he’s never ordered outside of the breakfast menu. My 7 year old granddaughter cleaned her plate of chocolate-chocolate chip pancakes; IHOP was her choice today and she can’t wait to go again and we will definitely take her. Oh. and leaving the coffee caraf on the table is a plus… never have to flag down a server for a refill.

First of all the day before I called three times he did not answer your phone and today you finally did and I ordered a veggie omelette.
Don’t serve people watery omelettes, and on top of that when I pay $16-$20 for an omelette, I expect a full omelette, not half an omelette in a small container with a thing of fruit.
