Having lunch with my son before a long drive to Fredericksburg VA, the coffee was good. I enjoyed the atmosphere, not too crowded plenty of tables available. The food was received pretty quickly after ordering. A very friendly employee took care of our table. I had a good time. Thank you for making it enjoyable.

OMG, one of the worst experiences I have ever had at IHope. Bad service, long time eventhoug the whole restaurant had 3 busy tables, and one waiter who is a little serious. I finished my food before getting my drink refill. Moreover, The worst was taking for ever for somebody to check me out. The manager couldn’t care less he was looking at me from the kitchen but decided to wait forever. Never going there again

Your experience here will greatly depend on the server and how you communicate with them. I never expected a perfect dining experience at every restaurant because sometimes there could be a backup in the kitchen or a forgetful waiter. But for the most part this specific IHOP location is usually on point. Waiter was constantly checking up on us which I don’t mind because I do like being attended frequently in case I need a refill, since I love water, or in case we forgot to ask for a condiment and so on. I can certainly say that I have had many more pleasurable dining experiences here than at the IHOP on 28 across town.

Currently waiting 6 our order, have been waiting 45 minutes. Somewhat busy, but barely competent waitresses, one quit our table after taking our drink order, took our menus without taking our food order, then was rude. 10 minutes to get our drinks and 20 more for food. Saw our waitress who took our order once after having to track her down when she brought our food. Would give zero stars if that were an option.
