This chain restaurant hit all the right standards. Friendly, welcoming staff that worked well together as a team. Spotless and clean dining room (even with a room filled with young families). There were no crumbs/food on the floors. Clean and fresh restroom. The music level was at the right volume. But most of all, our orders arrived hot and delicious. I see why this location was busy for a Friday lunch.

I haven’t had IHOP in years — needed a decent breakfast while my kitchen was down. Ordered and omelette and fruit — I’m pleasantly surprised at the quality and good taste of the omelette, as well as the freshness of the fruit. I didn’t expect that from a chain fast-food breakfast place, but here we are. Highly recommend.

Recently I had an order delivered via DoorDash, the food was great as usual, arrived quickly and hot. I recommend this IHop location. I have dined in, ordered take out and curbside. Orders are accurate, prepared timely and decent price point. When there is a concern it is promptly resolved by a member of the staff.

I ordered from this location today Newark De and this was what I got that is hard cheese on top of a chicken sandwich there is no way possible the cook did not realize that cheese was hard when he or she placed it on the sandwich I never have issues at the Bear location that cook or cooks always aim to please never again because this is not the 1st time I bought something from this location & is was not great but I tried to give it another try & disappointed yet again

Our experience was horrible from the beginning. We got there and it took them 40 minutes to sit us down. When we got seated they never brought us the menu we had to look it up online. They took forever to take our order. The waiter was rude to us but nice to everyone else. We asked for creamer 3 times and never got them. Our food came cold and wrong. Even with the bad experience I still decided to give a tip but when I handed my signed receipt the waiter said hm the usual with an attitude and gave me a rude fact. Won’t be coming back it was honestly terrible experience.

The server was horrible. We asked for the lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on the side and he looked at my husband like he had five heads. Then when we asked for the fries to be lightly cooked and not dark, he turned to me and said, “well, I ‘m not cooking it so I can’t guarantee anything ” !!!!!!!

Was served by Derek, perfect amount of customer interaction, very pleasant to chat with, fresh pots of both regular and decaf coffee, tasty food. Host seated us at a clean booth immediately, another staff member did an excellent job of sanitising it before we were seated. Definitely recommend this location and staff.
