Oh, it was wonderful.
It smelled clean (compared to other IHOPS)
I didn’t have to wait minutes at front to get seated.
The coffee was so well done.
The food—THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!! I even felt the need to take a picture of my food. And I hate it when people do that! just eat it! But I had to show.
I usually go to the IHOP in Delaware and, well, I was pleasantly impressed. Had a DR appointment in Exton and was excited to finally try this location (I like to try diners).
The service was amazing too. Of course.

I ordered the omelette steak, and unfortunately, the tomatoes were slimy and in poor condition. The omelette was excessively oily, and there wasn’t much steak to be found. While the service was friendly, the food simply didn’t meet my expectations. The price was reasonable, but I won’t be returning. I hope the higher person at the IHOP visits this place Exton #3626

This is a nice place to go for brunch if you are in a mood for pancakes or even eggs. Their omelette section includes pancakes or hash browns which became way more than what you can eat. We went during the July 4th weekend and the service was horrible. There were guest who showed up and left because of slow service. Ours was slow but not that slow. The place is cleanish but the ambience and lighting make it look drab. Servers were overworked and were visually more stretched across multiple tables than they could handle. One of them even complained. However the food is good. I would recommend coming here is you have time.

Nice looking place as it’s about 1 month old.
Wait was 20 min at 7pm on Sat.
Everyone was very friendly.
Kitchen got backed up and our food took at least 30 minutes but was hot and perfect when it arrived. Brittany took care of us in the interim, but the manager didn’t stop by. I think she was helping to turn tables. The staff may have been a Little short. Overall very pleased with our visit and will certainly return. Had the food been out more timely I would have given 5 stars.

I have been visiting this restaurant on a regular basis since Covid and had the pleasure of Marissa as my server. She’s waited on me during those years and yesterday, it was one of my best visits. I ordered the breakfast sampler and everything came out fantastic including the scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon and pancakes. Sausage links weren’t the best but think their bacon is better. The pancakes are what draws me here and my experience was phenomenal with Marissa. I look forward to seeing her on my next visit.

Service was great,the server Brandon was very professional, kind and friendly.food came out fast was hot and delious. Will definitely eat here again,,.as of today3/1/20 there has been many server replacement and a better system has seemed to be in place it’s still IHOP best place to get pancakes and omelettes. always very satisfied with the servers. IHOP I give you four stars

Came up from Baltimore and thought we would grab a quick bite before church services. The wait staff is friendly enough, but the utensils were dirty and we needed to ask for boiling water to soak them. It was also very dirty, as can be seen from the picture. Please clean the area otherwise service was okay, good was basically as expected. The pancakes were a little thick and dry.
