I loved ihop ever since I was a child. This may be my last ihop experience. I waited thirty minutes for my food, when it got there, the eggs were cold, and the syrup wouldn’t come out of the bottle. They apologized and brought my food back ten minutes later. It appeared to be warmed up in the microwave. I decided to let that go and I tried my French Toast this was the result.

The taste of the food was good (omelettes and pancakes) with the exception of the undercooked bacon and the waitress was nice enough. It was everything else that will be the reason I don’t return to ihop.
To start we were sat under a table with a vent, no big deal until that vent started spritzing water all over us and the table. Condensation, mystery air conditioning liquid…we may never know. We were thankfully moved after I told the waitress this was happening.
The ordering process went fine but the wait time for our food was LONG. The place was at best 1/3rd full. When the food finally came out she said the pancakes weren’t ready and she would bring those back out. That took an additional 5 minutes, and the strawberries we ordered never came (rest assured they were on the bill).
We could never ask for those above mentioned strawberries because it took another 20 minutes for the waitress to return, at which time I requested the bill because we had been there for an hour. The bill was $45! I don’t mind paying that amount of money if I receive that level of food but this was way overpriced. There’s other local restaurants where you can get better service, better food and more of it for less money.

There is a distinct difference in how this IHOP is being managed. I asked for 3 separate items on the menu and was told they ran out. We waited way too long for some of our food, but my daughter ended up waiting longer to the point that I had to just pay the bill and leave. I left my food untouched because I didn’t want to eat without my kid. They were aware that the service wasn’t good but too late. It’s unfortunate because it was a decent place to eat before.

My husband and I visited your establishment this past Sunday with our 5 children. Our servers name was Mona. She was extremely sweet, and patient with my children. Our food arrived very quickly and everything was hot and delicious. We really enjoyed her exceptional service, and will definitely be back soon for the New York cheesecake pancake and Mona!

This review isn’t so much about IHOP as it is mostly a shout out to our server Jaritza! We walked in and it was fairly busy. We were seated at a table (no booth unfortunately cause of how busy but I digress) with no wait. We were sat at a table kind of in the middle of everyone. It took a while before we received any service, long enough for me and my gf to figure out what we were going to eat and drink. Mind you, we were both a little indecisive but had plenty of time to figure that all out. Until finally, Jaritza happened to see us amidst all the chaos of the other bigger neighboring tables, greeted us with a smile and asked us if we’ve been helped by our waitress. We said no, and I thought she was going to go find our server for us but she flipped her little tablet around and took our order for us. My gf asked for a cold brew and Jaritza was very knowledgeable of the quality of the taste, to where she was able to help my gf find the balance of bitter and sweet. We received the drinks, my gf tried the cold brew and it was a little too much on the sweet side, and no longer than 2 mins go by, Jaritza came back around to our table and gave my gf a small cup of cold brew without any sweetener “in case the cold brew is too sweet”. We didn’t even have to ask, it shows that she knows her stuff and cares about the service she provides. Idk if she is a manager or a team lead but she definitely drives home customer service amazingly. So much so that when we dine at IHOP, we really hope Jaritza is there and can serve us again. She made the experience great for us. Thank you Jaritza!

Server was very good, food was decent, but they need to staff the dinner shift better. There was only one server working the entire dining room and acting as hostess. I felt bad for her, seriously. She was very good though.

We dined at IHOP to take advantage of the kids eat free offer.
Our server’s name was Alyssa. She offered exceptional service, often checked in on our table of 7 despite being rather busy.
Our food was hot& flavorful when served, and our kiddos were offered complimentary ice cream.
We were pleased overall but mainly would like to credit Alyssa’s exceptional service!

Tried this place for lunch on a Friday just before noon.
Hostess was no where to be found. Eventually she led us to a table, where after seeing no staff helping the 10 or so tables with people, for about 10 minutes, we left. Nearly Zero visible staff and the one I think I saw was visible for maybe 1 minute at most. Clearly this place isn’t a restaurant. Skip it.

It’s sad when you complain about free food but still, it should be acknowledged. I went there for Veterans Day. I usually don’t go to IHOP. It’s farther away than I’d care to travel. But I was in the area. Waitresses quick to get our order in, but it wasn’t so quick getting the food. I’m the veteran and the other party was not our eggs were lucky to be considered warm. Of course I got the red white and blue and the toppings strawberries and blueberries were all but frozen. It wasn’t my pleasant experience I was expecting.
