3.2.26 I came for breakfast with my family and wound up breaking a tooth on a sausage as something was inside the sausage. I asked for assistance and a manager. The staff did not want to get a manager. 35 min later a cook Yariah comes out saying he was a manager but wasn’t cause he gave me the managers card and said someone would contact me. Days later still Noone has reached out. Now my tooth has to be fixed. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Sorry to say but this place went to the gutters
The service was terrible the waitress ignored every attempt to even get the drinks/coffee tee we ordered to start with. Took over a half hour just to get that. It’s become more of a hang out for the workers than for them to do their jobs. Look at the response I get back which shows the incompetents from the owner. Yeah IHOP is 5 star but not your location. I have over 250,000 followers we’ll see who’s truthful here! Good luck

These blueberry pancakes tasted like fish oil. Not only that the manger didn’t come to the table to talk to me as a customer and didn’t wanna take the pancakes off the bill, basically told the sever that she couldn’t do it. And left before her shift ended. And the water tasted like mildo

How disappointing! The service is poor. The food is even worse. There is no quality control. We went in on a Monday morning for breakfast and the sugar was empty, the ketchup bottle was empty, the entire restaurant was filthy dirty. We waited close to 30 minutes just to get breakfast food brought to us. Unbelievable how poor everything was from start to finish. I would implore you to not go here. Do not spend money at this restaurant.

The eggs were raw and very gooey with uncooked egg whites, the hash browns were completely raw and not able to be eaten. The waitress never bothered to check back with us so therefore we could not have anything redone timely. And unfortunately when we provided her and showed her that information at the table all she did was apologize. I think you have enough information based on my review along with others that I’ve read under your review site section. Unfortunately this is going to take quite of a heavy lift to bring back to a really great place to want to take your family to eat. Good luck!

Visited on our way back to NY Horrible bottom line the wait was super long and there was empty tables I went to the hostess and asked how long the wait would be as we already waited a half hour was told another 20 mins I said there are a bunch of open tables her response was oh I didn’t know that 15 mins later we were seated the diets / Pepsi zero was flat the hash browns were greasy as hell the floor was dirty the only good part was the waitress was very nice will never return

Stopped for breakfast at 8am on a Sunday, there was no other people waiting by no hostess so we stood at the entryway for a good 5 minutes before being greeted and sat. The location did not have any sausage and was out of some syrups. Pancakes were as good as IHOP pancakes could be, bacon was decent but my hash browns were over cooked and burnt. The waitress was very nice and was trying her best given the obvious staff shortage. Only other upside is there’s probably not a gorilla in the bathroom but I wouldn’t put it past them if there was.

We went here last evening, the shrimp and fish with mashed potatoes was not bad.
But I ran out of “cocktail sauce” and I asked for another one.No problem getting it.The issue is that it wasn’t cocktail sauce,it was marinara!
The server probably figured that I wouldn’t know the difference but did! By then we were finished anyway so I let it go.
BUT my pet peeve (no pun intended) is when a couple walked in with a Chihuahua!
To the manager: Not everyone likes dogs in a restaurant unless it’s a service dog of course. This dog had no indentification as such.
That’s a deal breaker.
I was never too keen on I HOP any way for various reasons.This was our second time in over a year.First Time was a good experience.

Had THE worst experience I have ever had at an ihop today and that’s saying something when the last time we came, this past March, was terrible. We were seated very quick which was nice. It was just me and my three kiddos. It took 10 mins for the server to come over which was fine, it’s Saturday, not overly busy but kinda busy, and we had our drinks and meals picked out. Asked for it, the lady told me she would be right back, and never came. We went to start eating and there was no silverware. Our server came and I asked for silverware and our waters and was told he would be right back. Waited 7-8 minutes, our food is cold, my kids started eating with their hands at this point because they’re hungry. I got up and went to the host stand, told her the issue and she hands me one roll of silverware and a handful of plastic to go packs. Whatever, we’re hungry. 10 minutes after that, the server finally came with silverware, a sorry, and no fruit, no water. He went back for the fruit and water , we continued to eat, all but finished and the fruit made its way out while we were sitting there waiting for the bill at this point and the water came with the bill. One of the waitresses was arguing with a woman that was checking out. We had been standing there trying to leave for 15 mins before our waiter decided to bring us into the kitchen to pay. Yes into the servers area of the kitchen because this waitress was still arguing with the customer. 2 hours. We were there for 2 hours. I just wanted a cheaper, sit down breakfast with my kids where I didn’t have to think and I spent the entire time chasing down servers, food, silverware etc. never again. Went to IHOP for breakfast today. When we entered, there was no hostess at the host stand so we had to wait for a few minutes before being seated. Our waitress Reagan came over shortly after we were seated and she was very nice, she was definitely the highlight of the visit.
The food was just OK. The pancakes were light and fluffy and delicious, but the hashbrowns left much to be desired. Eggs and bacon were alright. They were out of sausage and Strawberry syrup 🙁
I didn’t use the bathroom at this location, but I don’t believe there were any gorillas in the bathroom. However, one can never be too sure.
