Wilbur is an amazing server! Food was delicious. Veteran’s day offers and pan coin deals are the best in the breakfast space. Reasonable prices and a family atmosphere. Very clean and inviting tables. Wish they had tablecloths for an extraordinary experience but other than the lack of, everything about this kocation rocks. Especially the unlimited coffee refills. Best IHOP in the country by a long shot.

We ordered the Silver Five pancakes,Built your own omelet, French toast, and cinnamon roll bites at the IHOP restaurant in Long Island. Unfortunately, the service was not good. Our cinnamon roll bites were initially delivered to the wrong table, and the food arrived very late.
Taste-wise, the food was good, but we found it quite expensive for what was offered. We spent around USD 60 in total, which did not feel like good value given the service experience.

The service was great ! Especially by the waiter. Nice, clean establishment with generous portions.
The cold brew was perfectly made. The chicken salad and burger were very good. Both filling and flavoursome.
The country fried steak was really good also, and the gravy was yum ! It was my first time trying a white gravy. It said it was a battered steak on the menu, but it was a crumbed burger patty.
The salad was huge and I couldn’t eat it all. Overall a great dining experience.

Dear IHOP Management Team,
I would like to begin by commending the overall quality of the food and the efforts of your team at this location. IHOP consistently maintains high standards in meal preparation, which is greatly appreciated, 1 hr waiting for the food but that’s understandable.
However, during a recent busy period visit, I observed several service-related issues that impacted the dining experience and raised concerns about food handling practices.
First, our server, Melanie, mistakenly took orders from other tables before attending to ours, which delayed our service and disregarded the proper order of arrival for seated customers. Fortunately, the manager Berta intervened nicely promptly to address this, which helped resolve the immediate issue (Berta is amazing).
More concerning was an incident where the same server delivered food to the incorrect table. A short time later, the plate was retrieved and served to a different table. While the affected customers ultimately accepted the situation, this practice poses a significant food safety risk. According to standard food safety guidelines (such as those outlined in the FDA Food Code, Section 3-306.14 on Returned Food and Re-Service of Food), once food has been served to a customer and leaves the kitchen’s controlled environment, it should not be re-served to another customer due to potential contamination risks—even if the food appears untouched. In such cases, the appropriate protocol is to discard the item and prepare a fresh order to prevent any possibility of foodborne illness.
These events appeared to stem from the high volume of business at the time, which may have contributed to team stress and rushed procedures. While I understand the challenges of peak hours, prioritizing food safety and orderly service is essential for customer trust and well-being.
I hope this feedback is helpful in reinforcing training on service sequencing and strict adherence to food safety protocols. I remain a fan of IHOP and would welcome any steps taken to address these matters.

The restaurant had maybe 2 other tables taken. We are a family of four and the food took about 15 minutes after ordering to come out. You can tell it was just prepared and worth the wait. The table hostess, Armando, was pleasant. I jokingly asked about a beer and he informed me their IHop will have alcoholic options in a month or so. We visited mid-January 2026. A slight head nod or ‘hello’ by staff not assigned to our table was the language of good customer service. We would go back.

It also nice to know if I’m away i could get breakfast and it will be good but around where i live there are better options for after 10: but before 10 there are so many 7 options that jit a good value

They serve the best pancakes light, fluffy, and cooked perfectly every time. Each bite is a delight showing attention to quality and consistency.
The service is excellent with friendly staff who make the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is welcoming and full of positive energy, creating a great overall vibe.

Will from the front was extremely detail oriented and hands down the fastest server I’ve ever seen at IHOP. Everything came out quickly, exactly how we ordered it, and all the food was amazing. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable seriously top tier service.

Didn’t realize after I ate my food there was a dead roach next to me and the roach behind the person I was eating with too. The one in the picture is dead, but the one that was behind my friend was still trying to crawl up the window. Pancakes were amazing and the staff was nice. Breakfast sampler was a bit greasy though. PLEASE KILL THE ROACHES!!! Something might be happening in that kitchen.
