We just visited the new Ihop in Patchogue on Sunrise Highway. It’s beautiful inside, and so clean. It has 3 or 4 dining areas. Our server was very nice and kept checking on us. The food was so good. I had the steak tips with eggs and hashbrowns, which came with a short stack of pancakes. My husband had the breakfast burrito with pancakes included. Everything was delicious. We also had a fresh squeezed orange juice that was so fresh, and the coffee was nice and hot. The price was just right. I leave in the area so we will be visiting many more times.

I Haven’t been to an Ihop in years. We decided to give this location a shot since it was recently opened. Fresh squeezed OJ!! I need the pancakes would be good as they always have. Decided to try the breakfast burrito. It was surprisingly good. My wife loved here steak tips. Looks like we will be visiting more often. Our server was polite and make sure we had everything we needed. The location has an updated decor and is very clean.

I frequent this IHOP with my 1‑year‑old daughter, and it’s become one of our favorite breakfast spots. The staff is always friendly, patient, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference when you’re dining with a little one. There’s always plenty of seating, so we never feel rushed or crowded. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with Francisco‘s delivery and service in the restaurant . We are happy to have had him aa our server requesting that he’d be evaluated for higher raise because he went above and beyond and we will be back. You don’t get a second chance on the first impression and truly Francisco at the location in Patchogue, New York was awesome.

My family and I were very pleased with the service here. But everything changed for me when I was about to drink my coffee and the mug was dirty, the lipstick stain on it was nasty to see. Next, the fork was dirty also. For what I could tell someone had eggs and a piece of it was still on the fork. I felt bad to tell the waiter ” what is wrong with the person who cleans the dishes here”.

My wife and I went to this restaurant early this morning as you claim to be open 24/7. When we walked in there was a sign at the desk to please ring the bell for service. Given it was around 6:15 AM this is understandable. We rang the bell, and waited, and waited, we rang the bell again, and waited and waited. Nobody came out to help us, Acknowledge us, nobody. There was one other table seated in the restaurant as far as we could tell.
After 10-15 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged, we walked out to find another restaurant to have eat breakfast at.
This is absolutely unacceptable, and I will be going out of my way to make sure I dont visit this location ever again

Never coming back here. The service was horrible, even though the waitress was nice. She never asked us if we needed anything, just a drop off service. I felt like I was being annoying flagging her down to ask her for things like napkins, forks, etc. I ended up going to go get a booster seat myself because I didn’t want to ask her again. And asked other waiters for help. Maybe she was having an off day but it felt difficult for her to reach the “bare minimum.” Food wise it was bland and undercooked. I requested a special change and she could not do it, even though no other IHOP has ever given me an issue. I hope she has some additional training or less tables, I believe that could help.

I had a family outing at IHOP on a Sunday, and while the atmosphere was pleasant and the food was great, my experience was unfortunately ruined by what I overheard. I was seated near the kitchen entrance and could hear the manager loudly yelling at her staff, which made the whole meal uncomfortable. It was disturbing to witness the mistreatment of employees, especially since they all seemed visibly uncomfortable and afraid. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional and unsettling she definitely shouldn’t be in a leadership role if she treats people like that. I really hope the owner or higher ups address this toxic environment because it’s unacceptable.

My friends and I go every Monday for breakfast at the IHOP in Patchogue. We are always greeted with a smile and seated right away. The manager of the store Karen, does a great job with the staff And the smooth operation of the restaurant. Would like to specifically mention Taylor and Vanna. Both are old school waitresses. They remember your order from week to week. They are all about Customer Service. I always look forward to Monday because of the great food and the great service where we get treated like family.
