I frequent this IHOP with my 1‑year‑old daughter, and it’s become one of our favorite breakfast spots. The staff is always friendly, patient, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference when you’re dining with a little one. There’s always plenty of seating, so we never feel rushed or crowded. The food comes out consistently good, and the whole place has a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to enjoy a meal with my daughter.

I stopped here to get a nice lunch with my dad and sister. My dad ordered the shrimp platter which is noted in the description that you will get 10 pieces of shrimp. He received 8 and when we told our server she just laughed and walked away. My sister also wanted to have bbq sauce on the side which was not brought out neither was the tartar sauce my dad was supposed to have gotten as well. Overall, the experience was not great. We don’t recommend going there.

There were a few of us for a birthday, I told them we had a Birthday visitor and no one came over, and two of us ordered nearly the same meal and they moved up how we wanted our steak cooked. One was medium well and the other was well done which is a big difference in texture and taste.

The waitress wasn’t very attentive, we had to keep looking around for her and ask other staff to find her.

So i normally don’t do reviews but me and my husband have been doing ihop every Sunday since before we dated and normally we love it but we moved ans the ihop near us isnt the same our normal ihop knows us and I guess they treat us well bc i have the ihop app and i do the rewards bc we go so often and lets face it we all need to save a bit now a days but anyway our normal IHOP ihop will help us redeem the rewards regardless of what we get as long as whats is on the redeem is the same price they will switch it on the receipt and those ihop would not help us with that. So now my husband and my kids an i will drive 40mins every week to go to breakfast because it seems to be a problem for this ihop to help the CUSTOMERS out a bit. Its sad bc this would have been our new every week go to ihop but they dont see the importance of making the coustmer happy i asked to switch it for something that was the same price that was on the redeem list i even went and found one but they still said NO. NOT VERY GOOD AT KEEPING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY

IHOP is one of my favorite places to have breakfast food. I went to the Medford location on Veterans Day as I am a veteran. I usually go to a different location but this one is closer to where I live now. I ordered the free meal that was being offered to vets. Server did not thank me for my service at any point. Ok whatever, figured she was just going to be a rude one. I asked for turkey instead of the pork sausages. I got my bill and was charged for the sausages. I asked why I was charged if it was a free meal. Server said it’s corporate policy and there was nothing she could do. She never mentioned that the substitution would incur a charge and she didn’t offer to get her supervisor to see what they could do. I didn’t escalate because it’s just easier to reduce tip and go on with my day. I’ll be dining at a different location. Cristina L, do better. A little customer service goes a long way. I would’ve tipped you well since it was a free meal.

Had a pleasant experience dining at IHOP located on Sills Road in Medford, NY. Staff was friendly and dining area was clean. Food portions were appropriate for the price. Due to popularity, the establishment does get busy. The earlier you arrive for breakfast, your chances for being seated right away is better.

Today was decent . Enjoyed a pleasant, quiet lunch .food was presented beautifully and fresh n hot . I tried something new, and I was satisfied. My waiter had an amazing personality and gave top service. I feel she she actually had 100% to do with the excellent service I received. Unfortunately, i don’t recall her name but she provided wonderful service her shift ended around 4 pm today 3/27/25 if that helps .. look forward to future visits
