Food was great, server was great but I didn’t like how some people got served before us and we were there before them. I was thinking it could have been of what we ordered vs what they ordered but it was only the three of us and it was a big table with more food for them.

With this Ihop being conveniently located in Nassau county and popular; one would think it’s great. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst Ihop I’ve ever been to. The food was decent. The server had a serious attitude. The coffee is always the best here, between a medium and strong brew. The coffee today was absolutely disgusting and nasty. It was so weak that you could see everything so clearly. I asked the waitresss if she could bring me another coffee. She did and yet again the same thing happened. Did Ihop change their coffee strain? It’s so disgusting. It tastes like water and milk together; awful. The pancakes were good as per usual. Several tables were so dirty and it seems like cleanliness isn’t a big deal here. I wouldn’t recommend this ihop at all.

Kids eat free from 5-10pm everyday! Pancake is their classic, so fluffy (4/5) We also tried their crepe but was overly sweet and way too thick(1/5) The beef egg Benedict was tasty and also had a good amount of meat (4/5) Shake was small for the price and overly sweet (1/5). Overall would go back with my kiddo.

Horrible, horrible experience. Stacy C was our waitress, not very personable. Took our order and didn’t come back for 40 mons. I was waiting on napkins and syrup. I had 3 kids with me and common sense would dictate to bring more napkins without being asked. Didn’t touch my pancakes because they were ice cold. When Stacy was by us, spilled whipped cream pancakes all over the next table…on the person, in her pocketbook, all over the floor..I guess she was embarrassed to show her face after that. When we finally received the bill, $85 for pancakes…4 people…we were told we had to pay the server, the counter would not take payments. So another 20 mins of wasted time. Will not be back, ever. Terrible service, terrible food. Prices are WAY to high.

This place is dirty and the over all feeling with the staff is idgaf. Was not seated when I arrived despite there being 2 people standing there. Found a hair in my eggs and a piece of what looked like cooked mushroom in the butter for my waffle. I got turkey sausage when I asked for bacon and had to ask 3 times for strawberry syrup. My boyfriend was given sprite instead of water. Totally frustrating and unappetizing meal. Still feel slightly traumatized. The last time I will ever eat at and IHOP. I think this business model has expired.
