This is my first time at this location and the customer service sucks and the staff isn’t organized.. not enough employees. Waited 15 minutes to be seated and our food was served first without silverware, food wasn’t hot enough and we still had to wait.. Staff was on cell phone when we entered the location and she was still walking around on her phone at the restaurant.. poor service for me.. I gave them 2 stars for me. They need better service and to improve their customer service skills..my youngest daughter chicken strips were hard to eat and they gave us the wrong order of bacon.. she didn’t want that..

No complaints really i enjoyed my food but they are a lil understaffed. They need more bussers. I’d go again

The service was bad, the waitresses have an attitude, the food could not be eaten, it was very bad and salty, the chicken strips burned.

No matter whichever IHOP I go to anywhere around the country, they never ever disappoint me. The food is always very mouthwatering and delicious. The staff here was very respectful and friendly. Constantly checked on us. Food was made in a very timely manner. Was not that crowded at the time our party visited. Very clean. Parking may be an issue due to the business of the area, which makes it rather scarce to find parking, also have to pay the meter which isnt that much. If I I remember correctly it’s about one dollar per hour, 3 hours max. They also have a take out section so if you want to you can run in and out real quick

This IHOP is extremely expensive. The coffee is $4.59 for one cup. The service is really bad. The waitress and host were extremely rude! Never ever again!

The female waitress that attended our table wasn’t accommodating and failed to give us proper customer service. We requested an additional kids meal, she questioned who the meal was going to be for (I’m not sure why that was her business to know whose going to eat the meal) and we said for our aunt, she then said she can’t give us a kids meal, she can only give us an “adult” meal. She refused to give us the kids meal, and had a nasty attitude.

This place is a mess. Had to send a plate back for being wrong and the new one was still wrong even though charged extra for modifications. Charged for the wrong drinks. Slow service even though there were only a handful of other tables. Too pricey for what you get.

The food was good and the staff was very friendly. They only give a cup of coffee now unlike before we were given a kettle full of coffee.

Waited 30 minutes for the server to acknowledge me. She was talking to everyone but us. I felt discriminated to be honest.
