This has to be the worst ihop I’ve ever been to. Don’t get me wrong the food is great but the service in this place is really sketchy. Me and my wife and our 2 daughters decided to come in and have breakfast. When we arrived we where never greeted at the door which is fine but to sit there and not say a word to anyone not even tell people there’s a wait for tables is bazaar to me. The older gentleman came to sit another family and said just wait 5 minutes make sure your name is in the books. So I asked what book and where to sign. The greeter at the door didn’t say anything my wife had to ask them where to sign in at an he then caught an attitude with my wife for no reason. When we asked to speak to a manager when we were seated they beat around the bush. And no one ever came to our table. This location is rude and has no respect for anyone. I’m not ever one to write a review but this place needs to fire everyone and hire a new staff. This made me and my wife feel like we can never come back ever. Service was negative 10/10 food was 10/10. Staff need to go through a training. Makes customers feel uncomfortable and un easy.

They didn’t bring friends or the kids menu when we first sat down and My straw is way too long for only a kids drink. dirty dishes flies and no crayons The table was a mess in the corner.

This is one of the best I Hop I’ve visited, they serve liquor our waitress was Stephanie nice young lady. The service was very good no wait time, Atmosphere very nice they had Christmas trees up but decorated for valentines day Beautiful!! They gave me an idea for next year. The food and Coffee was fresh. Thank you

Today 1/11/2026 at 10:45 am I came to this IHOP with my family. (Wife and daughter) I felt so disrespected and disappointed. I have been coming here for years and the way we was treated by the greeter & the manager before even being seated was unacceptable! The greeter was disrespectful to my wife very unprofessional. We walked in greeter did not acknowledge us so we waited for him to get off his phone as we assumed it must have been more important. Finally gets off the phone and still has not greeted us. As we are standing in front of his face next person walks in and he proceeds to greet them and accommodate them. My wife tells the young man we have been waiting and he catches an attitude and a dirty look before he started smirking. We decided to walk back out and go somewhere else when my wife decided to go in and speak to the manager on duty. Manager is already dealing with another dis satisfied customer and dismisses my wife. Horrible service! I will be doing a bad review video on social media so be on the lookout for that…

Waitress had an attitude the whole time and was constantly walking past our table not even saying she will be with us & to top it off she serves coffee to the table behind us that order after us. We walked out. Not my first time there the service is always trash.

Service has been getting bad but today was the worst. I had to ask a cook to be seated and I got no apology from server. Almost all of the waiters have an attitude and don’t want to be there. Was seated for 22 minutes, waiting for a coffee, and a table that ordered after me received they’re food and coffee so I left. Worst iHop in NY.

I think this is one of my favorite IHOP to visit. The restaurant is clean and the service is great. The ambiance always fits whatever season we are in. Today is valentines Day, and they decorate the place with Valentine’s decor. Sadly, there is always a wait time. Today, I had to wait about 7 mins, which is not bad. On a crowdy day, you may wait up to 20 mins. They serve dinner, and they have a special for children. If I am not mistaken, it is during the hours of the afternoon. They also serve beer for those who like beer. I had a combo of turkey bacon, blueberry pancake, hashbrown, and eggs. My hubby had the original chicken sandwich with avocado and French fries. Overall, the meal cost us $46. $46 for a quick breakfast and is great without breaking the bank. IHOP is the spot! I definitely recommend this one for sure.

My girlfriend been dying for us to come here and I’ve always given a previous excuse due to bad experiences with other IHops. Came on a Saturday for brunch it was very busy but was quick to be seated. Our waitress was delightful very nice. We ordered fish and chips and steak and eggs. Unfortunately the steak was over cooked and very chewy but the waitress took it back to exchange for a new one which was wayyyyyy better but it took time. My fish and chips were so good. Loved the tartar sauce it really hit the spot. Place is definitely run down and could use an upgrade in decor.

Sunday, 1/4/2026 my husband and I decided to come here for lunch. When we came in there were 2 people ahead of us. The greeter(not too much of a greeter) showed them to their table. As he took them, I walked in to see if it was crowded because it took him some time to come back. NOT crowded at all. He gets back and then assigns us a booth. NO ONE ever came to our table. We were not offered water… nothing to drink. Nothing. We sat there for well over 15 mins. A waitress serviced the table behind us. Got drinks for another table…we were completely ignored. And before you ask, I never complained (there was no one to complain to). Was not loud or rude. I sat patiently waiting with my husband. I will never step foot inside of this establishment again.
