We order food the server was ok. The food portion was too little and they barely fill up the coffee and the coffee cost $4 at least fill up the coffee. The side of hash browns are very little portions for $5.00 and the server ended giving us the check without even asking us if we would like to order anything else . We were going to order pancakes but the server wasn’t even checking up on the tables we had to flag her down. We left to go support someone who gives better service.

I used to come to this restaurant chain years ago in Houston and always enjoyed it. The strawberry wafer used to be absolutely delicious, but unfortunately the recipe has changed and it’s no longer the same. The portion sizes have also been reduced.
The service was very disappointing. The young server was rarely present in the dining area and did not stay attentive to the tables. It showed a clear lack of responsibility and customer service skills. When you work in hospitality, attentiveness and accountability are essential. Sadly, I will not be returning.

It’s fine, it’s OK, it’s what you would expect from a chain breakfast place. Service was good. Food was alright. Coffee a bit below average. Won’t be the best meal you’ve ever had, but wasn’t bad… Met my reasonable expectations!

Did an online order for breakfast and lunch. Ran in to pickup. Get to my office and my breakfast item appeared to only be a container of hash browns. Missing the egg/bacon sandwiches. I call the store. They check my order and tell me its in the condiment bag but they did make burritos instead of tacos. They offered to make it right and allow me to pick up a new entree on my way out of the office to make it right. Being that it was now going to be dinner time they upgraded me to slightly more expensive item at no charge. Kudos to Nicole for owning the mistake, making sure to fix it and going above and beyond. I alternate between this location and a few others depending on which way I’m going after work. Not anymore. This IHOP goes above and beyond so this will be my most visited one.

Went there yesterday with my coworker, around 5AM. Him and I aren’t fuzzy eaters, but man oh man, the food we both ordered was semi-cold and the coffee taste burnt. The pancakes were warm and the home fries were actually good (but, the rest of the food was semi-cold as I wrote above…but why? Don’t they cook everything at the same time? If not, don’t they have a section on the grill where to put food to stay warm until it’s fully served?). Anyways…the silverware didn’t look clean at all also. My friend went to his vehicle and retrieved 2 package sets of plastic utensils (fork, spoon, knife & napkins) our waitress looked at us like if we had 9 heads. Never acknowledged or excused herself for the silverware being dirty.
This place has gone down a lot lately. Why they keep hiring people that don’t want to work, is beyond me. Being on their cellphones is more important than customers, should be a red flag.
We spent close to $42 bucks, but we still left $50 on the table. I don’t think that we are not coming back here anytime soon.
PS: shift managers should step up and have a serious conversation with their crews. You are working for a franchise that advertises good, hot meals with a friendly smile. I understand that working with the public is not always easy, and it’s actually difficult, but this is a restaurant after all, and customers are buying a product that you are selling; think about that for a minute.

I recently visited IHOP and had a fantastic meal! I ordered the combination of eggs, hashbrowns, steak, and pancakes, along with a cup of coffee, and everything was absolutely delicious. I love this place for its hearty breakfast options. However, I did notice that the cleanliness of the utensils could be improved, as my knife, fork, and spoon were not up to par. Despite that, the food was great, and I’ll definitely be back!

Food was lukewarm on my plate and auntie plate especially the sausage links. Coffee was poor. We came in on Black Friday at about 1:30 pm. It was my mom wishes to eat ihop today so I figured take her to a new location better geographic area for better service but I was wrong. The waitress Brianna was helpful and polite
