The staff here is always super nice and welcoming. Food comes out fast and hot and I go there at least once sometimes twice a week and always look forward to it. Zero complaints. Really good omelets and hashbrowns.

I’m not that big a fan of IHOP in general, and this place is the typical IHOP experience. You can get a decent variety of foods that you would expect at any diner, but I never really found the pancakes here. All that special. I seem to get better pancakes at just about any independently owned diner or breakfast joint in Jersey.

We went on a very slow Thursday night. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. The food was very good in all except for my son’s chicken sandwich. You can tell the sandwich was either burnt or they used old oil and we sent it back. They took it off the bill and we were charged for the replacement fries which were delicious. Of course, we got all the coffee we wanted and the blueberry pancakes were yummy!

food was mid, waitress nice, manager/hostes nice, prices are not good…my bill was like 45 bucks for two people and plates are small which means poetions are small. 18 bucks for one plate of breakfast food is ridiculous for an ihop…even a diner would be less so they need to fix that or noone will keep coming back. they do need to not put theyr fingers on your plate surface where the food is or on the part of the utencles the goes in your mouth…thats not sanitary.

I visited other IHops and I was able to get some vegetarian option, but unfortunately not here.
I was able to get veg salad but with lettuce, tomato, onion, mushrooms, but no avocado(out of stock) and paid $11 for that.
I visited on labour day weekend, no crowd at all.
Rest of the food like french toast was good.
Staff was really nice !
Restrooms were pretty clean.
Tables are separated for maintaining the safe distance.

On 12/20 My girlfriend and I walked in and stood by the register waiting to be seated. There were only 2 waitresses it wasn’t busy. However they were too busy standing by the kitchen talking and when one of the kitchen staff saw us he came out and told them and pointed over. She said I know but never came over to seat us so we walked out. Unreal!

We arrived at 550pm had to wait 15 mins to get seated in an empty restaurant. When we got seated we waited for a few minutes and the waitress came over to take our drink order. We got our drinks pretty fast. Then she took our order for food. We were missing items but everything was corrected. Food was really good but didn’t look like the pictures in the menu. When we arrived at the restaurant, after we were seated, I took the children to the bathroom at 604pm. There was blood on the wall by the urinal. I told one of the workers and they said they would take care of it. When we were leaving I told the manager Dwayne a 2nd time about the blood on the wall and he took care of it at 715pm. The restaurant was in good order and the bathrooms were kinda clean except for the stain. I would recommend this restaurant maybe they had an off night. The manager said they had new chefs cooking tonight on duty that’s why there was a delay. Food was excellent and the waitress was excellent in handling our customer service issues and was very pleasant. Dwayne is an excellent manager. We had 7 people in our party. Would recommend everyone to visit for a meal!

Disgusting. Filthy place. 3 of 4 bathroom stalls always out of order. Their computer system fails constantly (or the last two times we’ve been there) so it’s “Cash Only” after you already ordered 30 minutes before. Tried to contact a manager. Tried to contact guest services. Good luck! When they respond here my case number is #3663488.

This place should truly be closed this is the second time I’ve gone there and the sign says open workers standing around inside and the doors locked . Website says closed at 9 pm not to mention the few times I have gone there previously and the service was terrible the place was filthy and the staff was very unprofessional and didn’t even seem to want to be working there themselves. Truly sad as I used to love to go to ihop with me and my family since I was a young man . I will truly never step foot in that place again
