We came in and was seated and the server took longer than normal. But the thing that kills me is that the server saw us and keep walking and not saying anything. We had to ask the the manager about the server. And said we are waiting. First time and last time we will be coming here. To top it off other servers are doing her job. And she don’t come around untill we was done and ask are we ok. Really we finish and look for her and nothing. Bad server.

Good breakfast/brunch, even had gluten free pancakes!! Wonderful wait staff. All the staff had masks on EXCEPT the gentleman working the food area. He did not have on gloves either. He was not very congenial to the staff who were working very hard! I love IHOP but if I see this person working next time I go, I won’t stay!

This branch has got some good reviews so headed out to try some of my favorite breakfast dishes. Must say quite a good job by the chef. Ordered chicken fajita omelette, south west scramble, and butter pancake. One of the very good breakfast meals I had. Service was not on to the point. The order came little late and the waiter messed up our side order with hash-brown when we actually asked for red potatoes and onions. Hence 4 stars. Overall good experience. Will go back for sure.

Cool to take the fam on Sunday’s but just watch for peak hour lines. It can sometimes be a longer than expected wait but so far acceptable. The selection of food and the quality are quite good. Just remember that some of these dishes can be more than you’d expect for one person to handle. Don’t be shy, ask your server all the questions you have and let that be a good indicator as to how well you tip. For the most part, all the personnel have been good and attentive as possible considering how busy this place can get. *Word to the wise*, skip any seats on the opposite side of the cash register as that is where you can see and worstly hear all the kitchen antics and food being cooked for all patrons. It was uncomfortable and our server was nothing but stupid smirks when we needed anything extra but one subpar experience made for the four star review. To me, the consistency of how good the food tasted and is prepared outweighs the one time so-so service.

Don’t know who was there today at about 12:30pm but the owner of ihop physically grabbed one of his employees and yelled at him in front of a crowded restaurant. A customer didn’t like the way the employee was treated and got very upset but to make matters worse the owner yelled at the customer and told him to mind his business and got right up to his face! They yelled at each other and the staff told one of the customers that the owner always acts that way! They have a help wanted sign. Please don’t apply and as for me I’m Never going back! My heart goes out to the staff and this poor kid!
