Ordered pumpkin pancakes for takeout and when I reached home I noticed they were overcooked and not edible. I tried to call the location a d it went to voicemail.
As a follow-up to my initial review, the manager Andre really stepped in and made things right following my initial review. Thank you Andre, I look forward to continuing to patronize this restaurant. I am also revising my review based on Andre’s actions.

The older women with the face piercings, was packing my order and she kept touching and cleaning her nose with her pointer finger and thumb it was really yucky. She also went to the back to pour me a cup of butter pecan syrup and the tub of syrup didn’t have a top on it. She was kind but this place is not sanitary at all. Another young lady seem came to the front to greet me and she was also kind but she had on gloves and touched the s surface didn’t change gloves and went back to what she was doing. Seem like everyone needs a class on how to be sanitary.

Waited 18 minutes to order and only got a waiter when we asked for one. Another 15 minutes after we ordered for coffee and water to arrive, once again we had to remind them, waitress disappeared. I had two young kids with me, ages 8 and 11. Manager doesn’t leave his post, he stays far away from the rest of the restaurant. It wasn’t just us, most of the diners were angry at the service, manager is trying to get fired, staff really doesn’t want to work there. And if corporate cared, they’d do more than just send folks a link to get coupons. Never again. Mostly families sitting down, lots of small kids, no water for them after most were seated for at least 20 minutes. As I write this, I ordered 25 minutes ago, no food, nothing. Clock ticking…. We’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes. Bacon cheeseburger just arrived, no bacon. Not worth saying anything. They don’t care.

Haven’t been to an IHOP in at least 10 years. Got seated immediately. Very friendly waitress. I ordered the “value menu” french toast with scrambled eggs and bacon. Costs $7. It was a huge piece of french toast, at least 2 eggs that were scrambled, and about 4 pieces of bacon. Everything tasted great and its way more food than you’re expecting. Wife had 3 pancakes and her meal cost about the same. Would say she didn’t get the same value I did. Would recommend the value menu highly. May have to go try a different value item.

It’s incredibly frustrating that the credit card machine wasn’t working — and even worse that no one mentioned it before seating customers. We only found out after being seated, which meant we had to leave, come back, and then wait even longer for a table.
What really disappointed me was that no manager came out to apologize or explain the situation. A professional manager should have taken the initiative to inform guests personally and offer a sincere apology — like other restaurants do in situations like this. That’s just basic customer service.
The service continued to go downhill. When the food finally arrived, it was missing items, and what did come was terrible: the bacon and ham were burnt and dry as hell. To make matters worse, the waiter had the nerve to ask if we needed napkins. Really? Common sense — how else are we supposed to wipe our hands and face?

Food came out barely warm. Everything which doesn’t make sense because there was only one other person in the restaurant so it wasn’t busy and it’s eggs bacon and pancakes which are usually freshly made. The flavor was ok but I wouldn’t come back. Service was good and server was very pleasant.

Poor order accuracy and unacceptable mistake resolution.
The broccoli substitution with green beans was fine, but missing the tres leches entirely is not. When I called out the mistake, sending two pancakes as a “replacement” was insulting and completely inadequate.
Check your orders before they leave. When you mess up, actually fix it properly—don’t just throw in random items and call it resolved.

Worst experience ever. I see I’m not the only one based on previous reviews. Super dirty. Food was cold. Sat there for 40 mins for drinks to come out super late with food. At this point my toddler was already cranky horrible service. Management has gone super down. No one cares. Staff just stares at you when you ask for something like if it’s an inconvenience. Find a better job if you’re miserable serving. Place used to be sooo awesome a few years back but since has had no manager and ew owners like 3 times. Just close it and let everyone go. They’re horrible. Don’t waste time here
