I’m glad I decided to give this location a chance. Every once in a while, I crave some good ol faithful Ihop and have been let down quite a few timws. This location renewed my hope in the franchise., Though short staffed, service was sufficient. Shout out to Ms. Ericka and Fatimah. Evervone was working well as a team. Please be patient. I was tempted to try one of the new menu items, a chicken biscuit sandwich. but decided on a value pancakes combo. 7 bucks, can’t beat that. It was good, coffee was great. Pancakes couldve been a little hotter or offer warmed syrup. Everyone’s food passing by looked delicious. Clean(yes there were some water stains on the silverware, but they weren’t dirty lol). I will return. Whoever was on music definitely had me vibing.

You know the food and people are great when you fly all the way from Bermuda just for iHop!! The food was so good, the service was amazing, our server Ashley was super attentive and friendly.

My boyfriend and I went here for Valentine’s Day and it was so amazing! The food is so delicious, I love the protein pancakes (hitting out macros while also enjoying good food) and it is so delicious!! The server was such a vibe (she had such cute makeup for Valentine’s Day), her energy was amazing and she is so sweet, music and ambiance was amazing (we had the booth window seat), 100/10.

Ashley B was amazing! I went to IHOP on Valentine’s Day with my husband and our babygirl, and she made the whole experience feel extra special. As soon as we walked in she offered my baby crayons and a coloring book and we were seated immediately.
I’m pretty sure we’ve had her before, and she’s consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
She gave great menu suggestions, checked on us at just the right times, and made sure everything was perfect. Her energy is so warm and genuine.

I had a wonderful experience at the IHOP on Newark Broad Street! I stopped in to celebrate my birthday, and the service I received from Tyanna was truly exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely special throughout my visit.
Tyanna went above and beyond to make my birthday meal memorable — her positive energy and great customer service really stood out. The food was great, the restaurant was welcoming, and thanks to her, the whole experience felt extra enjoyable.

Clean, friendly staff, have dairy free milk options for coffee creamers, great food, what else could one ask for in a restaurant? We encountered three staff members all very friendly and courteous. Coffee was hot (fantastic), food was fresh off the grill with warm plates, clean cutleries and very clean throughout. If we return to Newark we will def revisit!
