Great staff. Everyone was genuinely kind. Had finner with my kids and husbamd tonight, we left with full bellies and satisfaction. Clean, food came fast, relaxed atmosphere. Will come again.

Friendly staffs and service. A bit crowded at this 9am. So many dine in space ~ 50 pax. Various menus. Pancake , waffle , breakfast , burgers or even custom make.
Waffle is the best. Pancake also looks tasty and fluffy cause mouth watering. Technically every menu looks tasty.
Spacious clean restrooms both male and female.
Take out packages look sturdy.
Belgian waffles smell so nice and perfect with butter.
Chicken waffles also taste good.
Hash browns is nailed everything together.
Definitely visit again for another menus.

Absolutely one of the worst IHOP experiences I’ve ever had. The food was downright awful. The pancakes were beyond dry—more like chewing on cardboard than eating breakfast. The T-bone steak was cooked into oblivion, tough and flavorless, like it had been forgotten on the grill.
What really ruined the meal, though, was the atmosphere and staff behavior. A young server working the front was openly burping loudly, right in the dining area. It was disgusting and completely killed my appetite. Basic professionalism was nowhere to be found.
From the terrible food to the unpleasant service, the entire experience was trash. Horrible from start to finish, and I won’t be coming back.

Great food, the mashed potatoes are soft and creamy, the pancakes fluffy and soft. The server was great polite and friendly. The atmosphere was great and is a perfect place to come with family to enjoy delicious food.
