My son and I decided to try out the new location for brunch. We walked in at about 11:20 ish. Sat down and ordered our drinks. The waitress was very nice and polite. We didn’t wait long to order. As time goes by there are now 3 tables after us being served and now leaving, but we still don’t have our food. It’s an hour later. As we’re getting ready to just leave because we are hungry here comes our food finally. If my son wasn’t hungry we would have just left.
So now we have our food and it’s cold. The turkey has a weird taste. My son’s chicken sandwich is cold. So at this point we are all set. We won’t be back.

From the moment we walked in, Kiblena greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that made us feel right at home. She was super accommodating and set the perfect tone for the brunch. Eileen, our waitress, was absolutely awesome — patient, pleasant, and always on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed. You could tell she really enjoys what she does.
And then there’s Mr. Mo — what a class act! A true gentleman and a scholar. He checked in personally just to make sure everything was perfect, which shows how much pride he takes in the place.
Now, let’s talk about the food — deeeelissss as always!!! Every dish came out fresh, flavourful, and made with love esp. the steak tips and eggs. The portions were generous, the presentation was spot on, and the taste? Out of this world. It’s the kind of food that keeps you coming back again and again.

This was my first time ordering from this ihop and I’ve never had the cookie butter pancakes but the picture and description sold me. I ordered delivery and they came in a timely fashion still hot but tell me how the COOKIE BUTTER pancakes had no cookie butter on them or on the side…. Plain dry pancakes w cookie pieces lightly sprinkled in the pancakes. I’ll share a pic of the description and a pic of what I got. I am just sad this is how I got what was supposed to be a delicious late night snack w my bf turned into garbage it was gross without the cookie butter and the extra cookie crumbles.

We were seated right away (afternoon) and ordered breakfast food. Pancakes were ok, but not spectacular. The bacon was a little undercooked and the eggs tasted too much like bacon. The wait service was excellent (although hostess was not overly friendly), but I had to take a star away for mediocre food— and my stomach reacted poorly to it, also. I’m not enthusiastic about ever returning.

I paid $16 for a shrimp order that supposed to be 10 and only received 5 shrimp. I called the store immediately and was told the manager left for the evening it was 9 and would be informed in the morning and that I could receive a partial or full refund. I waited over a week — no call, no refund, nothing.
I order from this IHOP often and have overlooked mistakes before, but this is ridiculous. If you charge premium prices, you need to at least fix your own errors. Completely unacceptable customer service and zero accountability.

the food was pretty good, a little too sweet for my taste. there were a lot of different options for foods. the service was a little slow but the workers were very nice. the actual dinning area was a little crowded and very noisy.

Today I went to ihop in enfield since it is a new restaurant here in town. The place is small for an ihop compared to other surrounding towns. A small waiting room. And a long hallway for dinning in. The service was pretty good. The server was friendly. It was a short wait. They resturant is really clean. I had ordered a vanilla cold brew which was delicious and sweet. For my meal I ordered cheesecake pancakes with strawberry sauce with the hash browns , over easy eggs and bacon. The presentation was lacking. I felt like I was making a mess at the table with the strawberry sauce and adding syrup was a disaster. The plates were super tiny compared to a original dinner plate. It was served on a sample plate or a small dish. It would have been better if it was the oval plate or a bigger plate. The pancakes were very delicious and fluffy. It was missing more cheesecake flavor as it was all in the center of the pancake. The bacon wasn’t cooked long enough. (In my opinion) it was rubbery. The eggs were good and the hash browns weren’t cooked long enough as it didn’t have any char. They were missing seasoning on the food. I feel that the quality just needs to be manged better here. I would wait the extra time for food as long as the food quality is up to par and presentation is splendid. And the food is delicious.
