Liberty outstanding service. She took time explaining the 55 and six dollars meal,also where on the menu.fast and attention to needs of her customers. Great job. The oncor of the restaurant out dated, but it very clean and maintained. The food was good . 6.00 bucks you get 2 eggs 2 pancakes I got one sausage and one bacon. It had great taste and hot. Only on thing I think is high was 4.00 for soda. This ihop great place to bring or come alone. Great experience

My wife daughter and I went to the rochester ihop this morning around 10 am. It was busier than usual and they seemed to be short staffed. With that being said we still recieved excellent service. We were promptly seated by the general manager Chris and our waitress Michelle came over shortly after. We received our food quickly and it was hot and very good. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about our experience today!!! Thank you Chris and Michelle!!!

First, allow me to say I used to love IHOP. Waiting wasn’t as bad because we were always greeted. Things are different. My wife and I said we’d never go back due to long waits and overpriced cold food. Today I wanted to give IHOP another chance. Nobody to greet us as we stood for a lengthy period of time by the “wait to be seated” sign. The dining area was virtually empty. We decided to leave because the event was clearly doomed.
I called the Rochester NH IHOP to voice my disappointment. The woman receiving the call expressed regret, but said there were only 2 workers, it was the holiday and busy. She offered to connect me to an offsite manager. Call was disconnected.

The wait was pretty average which was about 30 minutes to be seated. Our server was super friendly and helpful with everything we needed as a party of 6. I would say all the meals looked very presentable and everyone in my party seemed to mostly enjoy the food. The only complaints we had were the Fisherman’s Platter was super fishy like it wasn’t fresh fish and my family all said the sausage and bacon were overly greasy than it should be. Other than that it deserves 4 stars since the only complaints we had were a few things about the food. I was only able to take a cute picture of one of the kids plates though that looks really nice!

IHOP always delivers! French toast combo was great! Pot roast with mash and string beans was delicious, too! And let’s not forget the French crepes with fresh berries! Service was friendly and accommodating.

Was not thrilled with my experience here. Didn’t like the open concept of the dining room. There are so wall barriers between the booths so it feels like you’re sitting right next to the table beside you. The table behind us had a small child and he was able to just lean into our booth with ease and it was awkward and uncomfortable. The table on the other side of us could hear our conversation.
The food I was most disappointed with. I tried the smokehouse meal and the “sausage” that comes with the meal is literally just hot dogs cut in half and grilled. (Pictured in my photo) And finally there was no real maple syrup. I’ve never been to an ihop and not had the option to get real maple syrup.
Overall just not impressed.

Slow service took forever to get coffee and our food and even longer to get check and leave pancakes were cold and crepes were cold coffee was old but this poor service seems to be a theme old entitled women waitresses that are so use to getting a tip regardless of quality of service I paid 62.00 without a tip for 2 people bill was not itemized so have no idea if she could do math 62 bucks don’t sound right I work hard for my money so getting ripped off by a ungrateful waitress and million dollar restaurant dosnt sit well won’t be returning but I hop did reach out and sent me a gift card for 62 bucks to cover it ,thanks IHOP

I wanted to love this place so much. But wow, it was very expensive. The place was clean, except the bathroom good god the smell…but yes close seating and I felt bad for the people next to us since we have younger two kids. I think there was a hair in the egg that wasn’t mine, but maybe it was, ew. And everything got cold so fast, the waitress kept forgetting stuff, which happens, she was nice, it wasn’t worth the cost for what we got. Would be cheaper and more fun to go to a local or mom and pop shop for breakfast. Just realizing now we didn’t get the hashbrowns either with both meals. Bummer. Price of drinks were not included with kids meals, which was odd too.

I ordered food from Doordash waited forever to get my order not because my doordasher was late it’s because the Rochester NH IHOP had one employee working upfront with 2 customers in the restaurant and one cook to give my doordasher a attitude when telling them she was going to unassign my order because they had more than enough time to get my order ready then proceeded to be mean and nasty. I called and got a attitude by the woman at IHOP too. Don’t doordash IHOP because IHOP drags their feet.

I’m sorry but not sorry, I just hate feeling out of my true character when I have to go out my way to leave a negative review in which I never do. I just say I am disappointed with the disrespect of not being contacted back after I sent a direct message regarding my experience on Christmas Day. Long story short I got food poisoning from undercooked ham and sausages you put on my plate. Not only in the beginning did you get my order wrong but after waiting for my food I then got a disgusting platter of undercooked food and small portioned as well. The young guy at the counter wasn’t professional at all and didn’t know what he was doing clearly I had second hand embarrassment from how lost he clearly was and didn’t seem to understand what I was trying to explain to him. Overall I’m just upset and I do want my money back and will continue to contact corporate until you make it right. Game on
