2nd edit: so I did not go back as offered because obviously everything would’ve been perfect. So since I had a gift card I decided to place an online order and go pick it up. My son got the berry crepes and only ate 3 due to again..overcooked! I did not get a picture of his. I did a crepe combo. Eggs, hashbrowns were good. Bacon not crispy but hard like they have been sitting. Came with also 2 berry crepes. Mine were like my son’s and again overcooked. I did take a picture of the portion I couldn’t eat because it was hard. This was my second time. Won’t happen again. Between this meal and the previous one, I’m $60 out easily. I guess nobody checks the food for quality before its just given out. This is exactly why I decided to order without them knowing it was me to see if it was still the same. And it was! Terrible. People work hard for their money. They should be getting edible food.

Edit: i got a call today from the Manager here. She was extremely pleasant to speak with and explained a lot and invited me back. I will update at that time but I’m confident it will be a much better experience. The side of ham portion is a corporate thing and they get them already pre portioned. I think corporate needs to rethink the tiny portions or the price because it was like 2 bites for $5. I think your customers deserve better than that since they are the ones keeping your locations open.

Just went here with my son and granddaughter. Ordered our drinks. My son and I got ours. Granddauters did not come. I had to get up and go tell them we were still waiting for it. Placed our food order. Granddaughter got omelet and fruit cup. Omelet had the cheese melted on it instead of inside and again had to go tell them still waiting on fruit cup. I got crepes and side of ham. Crepes were over cooked and omg I got 2 very small triangles of ham for $4.99! It was like half of a small slice of ham! Son same with the over cooked crepes! Do NOT waste your money here!!!

Twenty minutes for a simple takeout order of bacon eggs and pancakes is already pushing it, but the real issue was the extra bacon I asked for—and assumed was included—never made it into the order. When I asked them to add it, it took another ten minutes, during which I had to follow up twice while they kept serving new walk‑ins and delivery orders orders ahead of me. By the time the bacon finally appeared, my food was cold.

And for what? USD $3.50 plus tax for two BURNT, inedible strips of bacon. No apology, no urgency, no gesture to make it right. When I say burnt I mean it was inexcusably burnt. I had already tipped, so there was zero incentive for them to move any faster, and it showed. The right thing to do would have been to comp tbr bacon, apologise for the wait, offer a glass of water, or simply put a rush on the bacon. I had tipped fifteen percent on a takeout order which i thought was more than fair. In hindsight I wish I had paid and tipped after receiving and inspecting my full order.

But as I sat there for 30 mins waiting for my order, I noticed that this place clearly prioritizes regulars. As a non‑local/tourist, I didn’t feel welcome—and I won’t be back.

I had the steak omelet, and I can say with confidence, it was delicious. It was a bit less so as it cooled off but that first bite stuck with me. My wife got the breakfast burrito and took half of it home because as she said, “This is a hearty breakfast.”

It was pretty busy, lots of chatter going on, but not so much that it was a bother.

I also got the hot chocolate, and it was the syrup kind which needed to be mixed more, but was still creamy and hot and comforting on a cold morning.

The waiter, Zak, was low spoken but attentive. The price was where you would expect these days, $40 before tip for two eating out.

Restaurant was clean, our server was nice but never came to check how our food came out after a different server served it to us. Pancakes were way smaller than either my husband or I remember them being. I’ve been to a couple locations in my life and these were by far the smallest pancakes we have had before. My husband got the 2x2x2 and usually his pancakes come on their own plate but these ones fit on the plate with everything else he got.

Today was our first time at IHOP. We were passing through. This was a great breakfast for our family of 4. The banana and strawberry pancakes were great. The manager and waitress Katerina were very friendly and nice. We enjoyed the food and service.

I just went to IHOP for some brunch with my family, the wait wasn’t as long as it usually is, everything was fine until it was time to pay. Our server Nadia I’m pretty sure was her name, she was really rude when it came to tipping her. After handing her the tip, she proceeded to count it right away when we were doing our payment and after that was done, she handed the payment tablet to press on the tip option(while having the cash in her hands) we pressed the no tip option since we had given it to her in Cash. When she finished counting the tip she showed us the receipt and showed us the “suggested amount” and proceeded to give the money back to us. This was really unprofessional of her part and not pleasant at all, to my understanding a tip is a sense of gratitude towards a good service. I don’t usually take the time to do this, but nothing like this had ever happened to us and we were all really surprised on the reaction of this employee.

This IHOP has decent service, but our server couldn’t figure out how to put in an order for a breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, & cheese on toast). We probably should have just ordered them as sides & assembled ourselves to avoid any confusion. The food is good for the price.

this place for how long they take to make a simple meal. order my food 15-30mins before getting to the ihop then proceeds to take another about 1hour and a half to finish my food while they had multiple uber eats and other delivery service coming in and out the whole time. and by the time we got out food most of the hash browns were overcooked and some undercooked. i mean hell there were people who were waiting before i got the who still hadn’t gotten there food.
