Absolute disaster. I ordered through the ihop for pick up two omelets and six pancakes for my gf and I. When I arrived I informed the host and she went to check on my order. She came back and said that it was not ready and that it would come out shortly. I waited another 20 mins and asked her again she assured me it would be out soon. After another 20 mins the host came up to me again and asked for my order and to see my phone. I showed her my phone with my order she went to the back. She came back and again asked for my phone. She informed me she thinks someone “stole” my order and that they were making me another. I said fine ok things happen I understand. After another 10 mins another gentleman comes up and asks to see my phone for my order. I again show him the phone and explain what’s going on. He goes to the back . The same gentleman comes back 10 mins later and again asks to see my phone. At this point I am quite frustrated and ask to talk to a manager. The manager then comes out and instead of apologizing comes out very smugly and accuses me of setting the pickup for a later time. He asks to see my phone and a receipt. I show my phone for a 6th time! He then lies right to my face and says “ohhh there is no record of my order in the system.” I said then why did the host tell me when I first arrived my order was not ready yet. He again gave me a very smug condescending answer. I have now been in this ihop for almost an hour. Just an absoulte disaster, and on top of that when I finally received my food it was extremely underwhelming. I was offered no apologies by the manager, no compensation for my hour of time wasted just a disaster. I will say that the host was nice when she realized what was going on but why tell me my order is almost ready in the first place if it was not. The second gentleman that tried to help me also seemed sincere and wanted to help. But the manager on the other hand was completely classless and smug. Avoid this place at all costs. I was in on Sunday at 11:45am if the owner sees this please hold the manager on duty at the time accountable. He was completely unprofessional.

As you pull up to the parking lot of IHOP you will get a Strong whiff of the most unbearable stench. Hmmmm
I do want to call out that services are great. The stench does not penetrate into the restaurant.

IHOP was a great experience! The service was low staff at first but our waiter was great! The food came and it was really good too. The bathrooms were not recommended but everything else was good. I ordered the cheesecake pancakes and cage free veggie egg white omelette. I highly recommend the pancakes and the omelette was okay.

TLDR: The late night menu is 50% more expensive and they don’t offer the standard menu until 7:00.
We arrived at 5:40 and our orders were not taken until 6:10 am. That alone isn’t a major issue but the menu we got was the late night menu, which understandably offers a limited menu from 10pm – 6am. Because we sat for longer than expected, we asked if we could have the full menus but they said they don’t pull out the normal menus till 7:00 am, despite it being printed on the menu that it begins at 6:00 a.m. so we were stuck with ordering off the limited menu at prices that were 50% higher than standard. Our waitress was great but seems like they could use some standardization on the process.

Although typically I love to visit this place for the crepes they make, today I was sitting in filth tables left to clean themselves a manager that was not available by phone or in person
Bathrooms disgusting and unsanitary and workers sitting on their phones I just don’t understand? The waiter untrained in service or how to take plates away as they empty not much else irritates me more than that. Service is the reason people go out and pay the price. Sadly this will be the last time I visit I feel as though the cleanliness is not what it used to be 🙁
