One of the better IHOP’s around. The service is usually great and food is consistently good. Only bad thing is sometimes the place can be packed and the only spot is the bar counter. All said a reliable spot for breakfast anytime

Very quiet. Only a few customers. No excuses for poor service. Not a good look when customers have to greet “hostesses.” 3 at the front. Not one greeted us. Hostess was miserable. Anyone not warmly welcoming customers and giving service with a smile should lose their job. Ordered Rise n Shine”– 2 eggs over-easy, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, Got 3 eggs sunny-side up, 1 bacon, 1 sausage. Asked server, “shouldn’t I have 2 bacon/2 sausage?” He said “no.” Thought my memory may have failed me, so I let it go. Got home, checked the menu. Sure enough, I should’ve had 2 eggs, 2 bacon/2 sausage. Servers should know what they’re talking about. Do not misinform/lie to customers. Spicy Eggs Benedict had very little flavor and were COLD (pricey $16.99). Had to ask server for Hash Browns that weren’t served w/meal. Very disappointing. Will not return. Restaurants that do not deliver good food and good service do not get my business…especially for the crazy prices we pay. Whip these young people who slack at their jobs into shape or fire them. Pathetic.

Arrived at 0840, and we were sat immediately. Then it took about another 20 minutes to have a waitress to actually come over and take a drink order. The restaurant was not crowded at all. Thankfully our waitress Ariel was nice and able to get our order from us and promptly brought over our drink order. It did take awhile for our food but that is not the fault of the waitress. Once the food came out it was luke warm at best. I had the brisket and gravy combo. I was disappointed in what was served.

Clean. Friendly staff from the moment we walked in. Our server Helena was great! She had a positive attitude, wonderful with kids. They didn’t have French toast. Wish they’d had a sign at the door instead of waiting for people to sit and order it to find out. Other than that the food was good, especially the mushroom & spinach omelette.

Went here to get breakfast. I’d been to other IHOPs before, and it was good, so I kinda knew what to expect. This time though, the experience was completely different… not in a good way.
It’s appropriate to have visited this location in the month of October, because this breakfast was scary.
We were led to our table all the way to the back of the restaurant, past multiple open tables to some sort of defunct children’s birthday party room with peeling football skin pattern wallpaper and a squealing HVAC unit. Even though we were seated in a weird separate room in the back, it wasn’t all bad… We could still look through the glass divider windows out to the other patrons inside the normal part of the restaurant and imagine what it must be like.
The waiter seemed busy, trying to do his best to serve the one other table in his section. We ordered our food, (Breakfast) and coffee. You can’t go wrong ordering breakfast at a place that had “pancakes” in their name. Right?
When the food arrived, it was ice cold with two Kraft singles thrown on top. Lmao. It was SO bad, that it was funny.
Everything was dry, and hard, and cold… the bacon seemed like they cooked it the night before and left it out at room temperature in its own grease. The eggs were rubbery and cool to the touch. The pancakes would have been alright, they looked good, except they were cold.
I kept thinking I was going to get food poisoning the whole time. Everything was room temperature or less. I wonder what was going on in the kitchen? I don’t want to know.
This was some of the worst breakfast that I’ve ever been served at a restaurant… including airports, hotel continental breakfast, food stands, gas stations… this was worse than all of that.
What makes it worse is that the bill was over $40 for this. If it was hot and fresh, ok.. but, it wasn’t.
The department of health should form a task force and rappel down ropes from a helicopter to storm this place with food thermometers!

walked in, my partner and i were the only ones there, no cars, no customers, just us the one server, and line cook. we waited approximately 10 mins to be seated, our waiter at first seemed very personable, but once we sat and ordered our drinks he kinda just seemed annoyed that we ordered something other than a regular soda. After we put our food in (which was kind of difficult coz there was definitely a language barrier) all we hear from the kitchen is someone coughing HORRENDOUSLY, we very shortly without even being served our food, left. gave it 2 star coz the drink was good nonetheless.

OMG! The worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. First, after 30 minutes waiting for a server we had to ask someone who our server was. I understand they were a little busy, but no one even acknowledged us. Then, pot of coffee came cold, and food was cold. I usually go to the IHOP in Lincoln, which is always great, but I was in the Attleboro area.

Walked in on a Sunday night at 7pm not a single customer in the building or parking lot we had to double check they were open. We waited in the front by the sign “wait to be seated” for probably 10 minutes before we saw someone come out he motioned from across the building for us to come over. We walked past multiple tables filled with trash and food and when we got to our table it was also dirty had scraps on it and was a little sticky. He did not introduce himself to me or my girlfriend, tossed a couple menus on the table and walked away then came back 5 minutes later and said “do you know “… We tell him our order he “mhms” “yes” to everything and walk away again . We sat again for 10 minutes looking around , wondering where our soda and water was , turns out waiter would rather sit at the dirty tables behind us watching videos on his phone , before even serving us our beverages . We walked out because my girlfriend is in the industry and was just appalled at the complete lack of service and hospitality skills . Place looks like a eerie diner straight from a horror film , not to sure how they are still open . -10/10 will not ever be returning .

Clean environment and delicious food. We had a nice breakfast here. The food looked exactly as pictured on the menu unlike what you experience with many restaurants. The menu had several options as well. You’ll find vegan options that are very tasty. We will be back.
