Just finished shopping in the area and decided to treat myself to breakfast, the exceptional service started right as I approached the building and was greeted by Donna, who ended up being my awesome server. From there, it was A+, 10 out of 10 service across the board from the host, to Kim who was assisting, and Donna who made sure I had everything I needed! Thank you ladies for making Amazing a simple breakfast such a 5 star experience!! Food was great as well!

We were celebrating my brother’s birthday, he’s in a wheelchair and despite it, we sat comfortable. The waitress made us enjoy our time together as we were served with laughter and hot food…. I am extremely disappointed with ihop I placed the order with the waitress and she brought me whatever she wanted she brought food that I didn’t even ask for I gave her my order I thought that was what I was going to receive and I was disappointed I don’t know if she doesn’t speak the language or she wants to bring me she gives me what she thinks is delicious I never usually eat my egg halfway it disgusts me I said I have restrictions on eating French fries with salt and that’s the first thing she brought me I told her I didn’t ask for that I told you the other dad went to bring it train this staff more and they serve you like a face what are you doing here I don’t want to serve you this will be the next one they will close their store like Quincy bad service

I very sorry on a day like today nov 11 hoping for a friendly nice morning breakfast short staff get sit down and wait staff when to 2 other table and still tell us to wait when was seated before them she was very off even taking the order ,understand it was busy but they didn’t even have someone to clean the tables off wait staff doing everything. Food was not done the way we ask i will find another place.

Went out for a late breakfast with my nieces and we all had a blast the egg white omelette was great the berry crapes amazing would definitely come back and the little one loved her chicken tenders and fried we also got hot coco and the new cold brew with cold foam it was great

Wanted to eat at a brand new IHOP . Had my usual build your own omelette with buttermilk pancakes. Tasted as I have come to expect. The location was clean. The decor did seem different to me. It was nice but seemed low in quality compared to other IHOP’s. Will definitely go back since I enjoy the “newness” of this location. I anticipate that on the weekends this location will be very busy since it’s located in a shopping center. Burlington Coat Factory is in this shopping center.
