This place was absolutely disgusting. Every table was covered with dirty dishes. We waited for 15 minutes to be seated because they didn’t have one clean table. The server was nice and food is what it is for ihop. Keeping it clean is a choice and even as we sat through our meal no one came out to clean the tables. We arrived at 11:30 and it’s 12:17 and it’s still dirty.They just let the tables sit there covered in dirty dishes.

Severely lacking in staff. Saw no evidence of a busser while multiple tables around me sat dirty, covered with half eaten food,no host at the entrance, the one waitress looked right at me multiple times standing waiting to be seated before she finally directed me to a table. took forever for her to come back to take my order. Didn’t take drink order first, so I sat there with nothing for 15 minutes in a not very crowded restaurant. She brought me a poorly crafted drink. Food came out at a reasonable time, but they forgot to bring silverware. Food tastes okay but that was the only positive. The “fresh” fruit looks on the verge of turning… Doubt I’ll be back.

Absolutely disgusted. Took 10 minutes to seat us in an empty restaurant. Waited additional hour to not receive food. The waitress who appeared to be pregnant walked by about 25 times and didn’t even check in with an update or if we wanted refills. she stood by her kiosk and paused for long moments. I could tell that she was high on something. Her eyes were completely closed. Walked out. Never again.

2nd time ive gone here, first time I held my tongue because it was severely crowded. But this place needs to be shut down. it took an hour to send out my food for 2, with there being absolutely no one else in the restaurant. There was hair in my food, and you could hear the kitchen staff coughing up a storm. The only waitress, bless her heart, was obviously recovering from an illness, you could hear in her voice. This entire setting was straight out of a comedy movie. I read the owner responding to all these negative reviews, but has obviously done nothing to change anything. Honestly just close this place and try again elsewhere, this location was horrible.

Horrible experience I would never eat here ever again took over an hour to get my food, and the server was slow. Just horrible experience. Manager is so relaxed while people are waiting forever for their meal.

Arrived at the store at 7:10am and it was closed. They are supposed to open at 7:00am. One employee was responsibly waiting in the parking until they guy that had the key arrived. The guy with the key arrived, and no apology was presented. Went in, and then they told me to wait outside until they setup. Maybe a Manager or somebody needs to look into this and see if it’s a pattern.

I can up there driving from Dorchester with my husband. I was very excited to come back because I came here a few times and the employees were very polite and friendly. I was very happy so when I came this time I ordered a chicken sandwich however keep in mind I told the waitress that I was lactose intolerance we had a complete conversation about me being lactose intolerance ok so when I ordered the chicken sandwich the waitress brought my food and I saw there was cheese on it. I asked her without being rude or anything why because when she saw the cheese she should have never brought my food back with cheese ok. Top it off I told her that I don’t want that I to far to have anything with cows milk I don’t want it so what she does the waitress takes the sandwich back and inside of just make me a fresh piece of chicken they take off the cheese and sends it back for me to eat. The crazy part is the few times I can hear I was happy but when I bring my husband I get the worst craziest service. On top of that he was very funny about driving out where there is one sooo closer and was sooo stating that it worth the drive you’re going to like the food. Then he say ooo that meal was not worth it we should of not come here

Got in and waited for a few min to be seated, hardly anyone was eating, saw two girls in front of us waiting asked them how long they’ve been waiting, they said a few mins. After a few mins more they left after we waited for 15 mins we left. How ridiculous that not a single person came out to seat us….and this IHOP is a new location???? After all the terrible reviews what a joke.
