Great coffee and hot chocolate. Pancakes were good too (i am not the biggest fan of pancakes, so can’t complain), overall it was a good experience. They’ve got plenty of seating space and the service was good too!

I have breakfast at the Norwood site a few times a month. Our waiter is Oscar who welcomes us and gives excellent service. The food is good but the wait staff keeps us coming back.

Arrived at 5:30 pm week day and the place was empty, kind of depressing seeing two dirty tables while no on was there. Waffle was fresh but strawberry sauce was frozen. I complained and server brought a new one but I was almost done with the waffle. I must note that I live IHOP waffle. Would go more offen is the bill wouldn’t end up $20 for one waffle and no drink.

Our waitress mas great. We informed her that we woukd perder the drinks and good right away because we were in a time crunch. She took our order and soon brought out the drinks. The food did not take long but one of the entree did not come. She informed us that they made a mistake and it would be out soon. Once it did come out most of the table was done and the fries didn’t come. We wrapped it up and ate it in the car. I asked Ana and she went and asked. The fries came out dripping in oil. Ana asked the manager to take off out the last meal because it took so long. He went and printed the receipt but never took it off. We also ordered a kids breakfast plate but it was charged as an adult one. We had no time to wait for it to be resolved. Nothing to complain of Ana, she apologized many times. The kitchen and managers need to do better. There was only 5 table occupied, no reason for such a delay.

Every time I go there with my wife for breakfast, those servers starts swapping the floor,keeping rushing to pay the bill

I gotta say we’ve had awesome luck at this IHOP. First and foremost the staff are absolutely awesome (2025). Bottomline some of the nicest waitpersons, and people in general I’ve encountered anywhere around here.
Food is really, really surprisingly good. Steak tips are sneaky great and cooked perfectly. Jalapeno Kick is one of the better chain restaurant burgers I’ve had in a while. Definitely one of the best on Route 1. Pancakes and french toast and breakfast stuff actually come out looking better than they do in the pictures, and is just pure decadence.
The place is just surprisingly good and I can’t say enough about the staff, they’re incredible. I don’t get how they’re empty during the day, hopefully they’re jam-packed for breakfast and after hours so the staff makes some decent money.
