The day we went was pretty busy but we were helped and served in a reasonable amount of time. The food was perfect also.

The food was excellent, the pancakes were fluffy and tasty, with a good variety of options. The restaurant atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and our waiter was polite and attentive throughout our visit.
The only downside was the wait time. Although we were seated quickly, it took over ten minutes before anyone came to our table, and there was no apology for the delay. Overall, good food and service, but the waiting time needs improvement.

We had the pleasure of brunching here after a long time, and it was an absolute delight! The breakfast options are some of the best we’ve had. The waffles were incredibly good, perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The French toast was also exceptionally tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and can’t wait to return!

It’s an IHOP, so you know what you’re getting. That being said, this is the best in the area. Clean, spacious, and with excellent food and staff. Very helpful gluten friendly options, including gluten friendly pancakes. Sometimes service is a bit slow due to limited staff, but always friendly and helpful.

The food was okay but super expensive. It’s breakfast food at a chain restaurant, but they’re charging more than dinner at a regular restaurant. The waiter was nice, did a good job, but totally not worth the price there. Over $11 to feed a toddler with a drink is excessive. We won’t be going back, mostly because it’s so overpriced.

My experience was horrible. My server was very rude and didn’t have a lot of patience. The food was stale and cold and I found a lot of weird stuff in my food.The place was packed but they should still show good service and be nice to the costumers.

Absolutely horrible experience! We had 4 adults, 3 kids and they tried to cram us into a booth (my kids are 8,7 and 5 so not all that small). When we asked to be at a table instead, they acted like we were putting them out. Then came our waitress. She didn’t introduce herself, didn’t ask if we wanted drinks, just asked what we were ordering. One adult never got their drink and my son got the wrong drink (ordered apple juice got milk). She didn’t know who got what when she brought the plates out and just put them all in front of me one by one so I could pass them around. My youngest ordered a side of apple sauce and then asked for fries so we got a side of fries and she never brought the apple sauce. Ok no big deal but then we were charged for the fries and when I pointed out she said he ordered apple sauce and she could being it out now (when we were ready to pay and leave). I said no, just take the fries off as they were his side instead. She then took $2.00 off for the apple sauce instead. On top of this, she didn’t inform me they were out of sausage and instead just doubled up the bacon (I only found out because another adult in our party ordered a side of sausage and she brought out a plate of bacon and said they were out). The other adult declined and asked if they had sausage patties or anything. She got basically a butterflied hot dog. Our waitress never checked in about our food or if we wanted refills. Didn’t ask if we needed boxes despite all 3 of kids still having pancakes left on their plate.
On top of all this bad service, the food was subpar at best (most of our food came out Luke warm or cool and my son’s mozzarella sticks were rubbery). We were planning on speaking to the manager but she was too busy speaking Spanish in the corner to someone. This used to be a great location and has gone way down. Wish we had gone to Dennys instead and will not be returning.

Called and told them we were coming in with 30 people in 30 minutes on a Sunday morning. Table was ready when we walked in and they were fast, efficient and friendly. We were so impressed. And handled a group of 12 year old boys so well. Thank you Claudia and Joshua.
