Eh, server was terrible, corner table w kids were seated before us and never got their food til after we had left and we waited a long time for our food, bill, and server. Very busy all the time, usually a wait. Some servers are better than others and the busboy from kitchen was helping out and doing a great job. Kind of hit or miss w this location.

I’ve always loved the food here and still do. They occasionally require a small amount of patience but it just means enjoying the company I came with more until delicious breakfast food arrives. They’re helpful and usually have good coffee. If you’re in the area and enjoy breakfast food, I highly recommend trying IHOP. Prices and portions are worth it!

just went in to a flooded store. this is absolutely insane and gross. got told to “just use the women’s room” by one of the managers. there is water draining into the dining area and beyond. this store should not be open. water is draining from the ceiling into half of the restaurant. gross just gross. won’t be coming back.

service was so slow, had to wait an hour to be seated. server only checked on us once. Spoon was bent and broken. floor was sticky, sugar all over my seats. sat next to a loud family. waited over 45 minutes for food that made me feel sick. I will be returning because I got pan coins, but my attitude will be poor. napkins were used, people smelled.

I love this place. The staff is busy the place very full on weekends but staff hustles with a real authentic care and friendliness. The 2x2x2 is a solid go to of mine and never disappoints. If you want breakfast any time without a sales pitch.

TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH BOSS OR MANAGER. Went to breakfast/brunch with my fiancé saturday 2/21 , Horrible service, girl came up complaining that she’s being told she’s taking to long to take our drinks (and she did) Got our orders wrong , Charged us for 2 extra things we didn’t get. Comes to paying the bill they fixed the extra charges and gave me 10% off my $50.43 bill so was supposed to be 45 and some change, signed off for the printed 45 they kept there copy, Didnt tip because it was horrible experience , With food incorrect and extra charges, My debit card statement came out to $50.43 so i got OVERCHARGED. Never coming back we used to come every other week this place went down hill.

My parents who came here with my 2 year old daughter, requested to be sat in a area with windows as opposed to the back room with no windows, mostly so my daughter can look out and not be bored. (Trying to not be glued to a screen)
With plenty of tables open in the area with windows, it was denied due to “waitress rotation.”
Manager said it was fine but other staff got upset. So they walked out. Lost out on profit, tip, and returning customers.
When a customer has a reasonable request and you can’t work with them is ridiculous. Plenty of other breakfast places to choose from.
Also if you know this place, the back dinning room is windowless, dark, and not inviting place to eat. Do better ihop.

Me and my wife wanted breakfast for dinner. We decided on ihop. It was a Saturday and pretty dead. Took five minutes to seat us. We were finally sat. Waited 20 minutes and nobody came to our table. So we got up and left. Terrible customer service !!

I truly love IHOP but the last few times I went to the one in West Springfield the food has been undercooked, very short staffed and had to wait over 10 mins even though it was not busy and there was empty tables. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! The check list wasn’t up to date when I was there. It’s like this every time I go and I go often. Not to mention one of the stalls does not even have a lock on the inside of the door!! The prices are through the roof and I don’t like how they choose what you’ll give for a tip!
