Ignite had both delicious cocktails and food with a stunning view. Bartender Jonathans service was outstanding.

Never expected to go to Tucson for great sushi but the Rainbow Roll and the Dove Mountain Roll were amazing! High quality fish coupled with fun outdoor ambience (with fire pits) made for a fun honeymoon dinner 🙂

Great bat to go to at the Ritz Carlton at Dove mountain. Views and atmosphere is amazing. They do a mixology at 4pm everyday to learn how to make a new drink. Stephanie was amazing! Must place to go while staying at the Ritz. There outside seating is next level. Fire pits and mountains. Can’t beat it!

I am so sad! I hate writing negative reviews! I Had not been in about a year so I recently took a friend for a girls night. It was a Thursday and the restaurant was packed by 6pm. We looked for the hostess stand that usually sits at the top of the stairs but it was gone. After standing around for about 15 minutes trying to flag down a server, I was told it was seat yourself. Since there were no tables, I asked if there was a waitlist. I was told no, you just need to see a table open up. Seriously, having to stalk a table at a five star resort is pretty ridiculous, both for the people waiting and for the people seated. I was a bit shocked. We finally saw a not great empty table to the side (no way were getting a table outside even if we stalked them for an hour with all the others waiting about). We ordered some sushi rolls and my friend ordered a steak after getting menus after a twenty minute wait). Sushi menu is greatly reduced and only had salmon, tuna and yellowtail on it. There used to be so much more. At least the California roll still has fresh crab. The role were ok, the fish was fresh. My friend enjoyed her steak and the spring onion soubise was amazing!

A great place to enjoy a drink, the view and the ambiance of the hotel. The beer was from AZ micro brews and fresh. We shared a charcuterie board that was delicious. And our server, Chris, was welcoming and informative. He went beyond the norm to let us know about our choices of drink and food. Well Done! We’ll be back.

It was just okay. Tbh, for being a city of gastronomy, Tucson is already limited on good food, let alone good sushi. This place is overrated, tbh. It’s a shame. $30 for a firecracker roll is absolutely absurd. There are better restaurants to offer AYCE They have way better food. TRY HARDER. YOU’RE IN TUCSON NOT Las Vegas, and even then.

We had a fantastic dinner at Ignite. The service was great and waiter was very accomodating. I enjoyed the watermelon salad as a side salad and the tostada because I was not in the mood for meat, otherwise I would have ordered the Buffalo tacos. We shared the churro with spicy chocolate and there was not a crumb left. The Tempernillo was a great light red with a warm finish. I highly recommend dining here.
