Fantastic experience! I’m in town from Atlanta for USM graduation and went out of my way to experience only local restaurants. The ice cream here was fantastic, with very generous portions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire facility was clean and comfortable. This shop was exactly the small-town local vibe I was hoping to find on my trip! 10/10 recommend!

After spending $40 on ice cream for my family with the open sign still on and the store still open with customers in there and only after we got our stuff were we made aware that “the lobby was closed” and we had to leave with all of our stuff. mind you there were literally still customers coming and going and sitting in the store. But we were made to leave because a few lazy kids didn’t want to have to clean the store late. Also no posted hours on the doors.

Made a quick stop while driving through to New Orleans and wanted a quick afternoon treat. The employee working was extremely nice. There was a great selection of ice creams with some deluxe flavors, in which I got a caramel cheesecake with chocolate chips. I believe these ice creams are Hershey brand. The single scoop in a cup is a huge portion – definitely enough for one person. I also scored a 10% educator discount so 1 single scoop and cone only came to $9. So a great price for a generous portion for a quality product!

Service was rude .. they had no clear menu and my family and I had never been in the place . The employee was rude after we weren’t sure he said “first time in here “ we said “yes” he said “oh that makes sense “ in a rude way at 4 pm on a Saturday. We will not be going back !

The ice cream is good and the service is friendly but the facility was disgusting. No napkins, which wouldn’t be too bad except they overfill the cups to a comical degree so it melts down the sides and got all over the tables and floors. The trash cans were overflowing with garbage so it was stacked on top and along the nearest tables. And then the topper was the boys restroom was out of order, so my son had to use the girls which was also gross. Again overfilled garbage and no paper towels.

They are very unprofessional . I went to their store before 8pm. Their service was very slow ,I was in the line for 30 min and while it was my turn the guy said “we’re closed “!!!! And no apology,nothing!!!! They didn’t closed the door or inform earlier . They let us enter the storw but ended up making my moment worst!!! Will never come here..
